Portugal Natural landmarks sightseeing Trips

It was our first group tour. It was very well organized. Great way to see Portugal. Every stop had lots of history, beautiful churches, castles, monasteries, wine vineyards, beaches. The included be out guest meals were a nice touch to hear and see local businesses. The optional experiences were a good mix of additional sights and food. The tour director and local specialists were very knowledgeable.

It was a wonderful experience. We saw and learned so much about Portugal and out tour director couldn’t have been better. He really gave our group energy. Our one wish would have been to have more free time especially in Porto and maybe a night in Nazare. Overall it was great.

Well , this our third time using Trafalgar. This was awesome trip, we enjoyed every moment of it. Every single day was just amazing with every town we go to learn about the history and culture. The only thing I can think of is wishing more free time in each town. We know there is a schedule to keep. Our Tour Director Alex and of course our driver Andres were awesome!!

Awesome and amazing tour! Our tour leader - Phillipe was incredible! He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in every aspect of his job as Tour leader! This is the best way to see Madeira - on foot, walking through amazing landscapes!

I don’t have to worry about anything! Trafalgar had it all figured out for me, from our hotel stay and to the excursions. Well done! My only comment is about some local guides that stay too long in one area- give too much details that are not important.

It efficiently hit the highlights of the country of Portugal. It showed us that the Portuguese are proud of being Portuguese, come from a long and varied history and have much to offer the world. There are such beautiful areas of olive trees, eucalyptus, and cork trees and vineyards and wind farms. We purchased this tour because we wanted to get a sample of the entire country from north to south and this Trafalgar tour delivered.
