Good choice of hotels... they were beyond our expectation… shout out to our driver Mahez! 😄 amazing driving skill… While in india, it's sad that we felt that tipping is mandatory... prepare yourself for the hawkers in Jaipur! We had an excellent guide and driver in India from Delhi to Udaipur stopping at five cities and visiting incredible sites. Then we flew to Katmandu, with the most knowledgeable city guide ever, followed by traveling to the Chitwan jungle with tours led by a local naturalist who knew every animal and flower. We are just back from India. If I could give more stars for this tour I would. Deepak met us at the airport even though we were delayed for over 2 hours in passport control. He introduced us to our driver who stayed with us for all our holiday. The next day we were picked up in our hotel and shown the sights of Delhi by our fantastic guide. We then moved to Agra which was stunning which was enhanced by our guide. Next on to Jaipur which was also fantastic. I would like to mention our guide who went above and beyond the call of duty. When my wife became ill for this leg of our tour. Loved the Indian people and country. I would highly recommend this tour

Everything was enjoyable. I loved Kerala, the scenery, the culture and above all, the people. We had a wonderful driver, who was just great. I'd love to come back to Kerala and would love to have him as a driver again. The guides in Kochi and Munnar were also great - they were knowledgeable and flexible. For Backwater tour, we were not too happy about the initial boat provided but the company swiftly changed to another boat, which was great too. The hotels were all good and the staff were very helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

PremierYes, the trip is fast paced, but I think that's pretty well explained on the website so I was expecting it. But the itinerary covers some really incredible places and I felt like I got a good feeling for India (my first time) as a result of it. There were some long drives, but the days spent in places like Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi meant it didn't feel like we were *constantly* on the move. I absolutely loved India! The group gelled really well and we're considering going on a S. India trip with Exodus all together again in 2026!

Firstly we had one of the best tiger viewings our guide had seen in awhile. It carried a fresh kill right infront of our truck in the morning and in the afternoon we found a small family of tigers and we watched them Eat and play just a stones throw away from us. This trip takes in so much Beautiful Architecture. Of course there is the Taj Mahal but other less known forts are very impressive, very detailed and much more preserved than I was expecting. I do wish it had more time inside the cities to see more 'real life' india. We were bused from hotel door to fort entrance a lot which is the easiest way and probably the best in the heat but you do feel like you miss whats going on around. I would have liked more time to weave the small streets of Jodhpur with the Blue houses and to experience 'markets' rather than rest-stop giftshops. This trip was very busy but we covered a lot of areas and you cant help the distance required to get to each one. Bus journeys were long but roads are improving and times are getting quicker. There are plenty of stops, if you are someone who doesnt need to stop these can feel frustrating or like the journeys are longer than necessary but its a group tour and there are always others that appreciate the rest stop - and you have to think of the driver. Meals in hotels were reasonable but restaurants and especially some lunch stops were more expensive than you would expect for India as they were touristy but its probably better than getting unwell, this trip is too busy to be risking that.

I went to Agra from Delhi solo for a sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal- even though my hostel was way out of the way, these guys were kind enough to pick me up so I didnt have to solo-metro at 2 am. The drive was comfy, the schedule was totally up to me (awesome!) and my driver was very sweet.
