Set off in Madrid, Spain’s dynamic capital, exploring its impressive architecture and lively culture. Discover Salamanca’s historic charm and Porto’s riverside beauty, renowned for its distinctive bridges and world-famous port wine. In Portugal, visit the sacred city of Fatima and the picturesque fishing village of Nazare before reaching Lisbon, where colonial history and hilltop vistas abound.

Re-enter Spain to uncover the Moorish influences of Cordoba and Seville. The real adventure begins as you cross the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco. Wander the winding streets of Tangiers, and dive deep into the imperial cities of Fez, Marrakech, and Casablanca, each brimming with color, tradition, and centuries-old stories.

After returning to Spain, unwind on the Costa del Sol, then marvel at the Alhambra in Granada and the medieval wonders of Toledo. The tour concludes in Madrid, offering a sweeping overview of three distinct cultures. day 1 - Madrid Arrival

Welcome to Madrid! Upon arrival at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to check-in.

day 2 - Madrid

This morning after breakfast, head on a tour of Madrid. On this panoramic tour, you will discover the medieval origins of the city with its Arabic fortress at the Barrio de la Morería, famous for its historic buildings. Drive through the courtesan district of the Hapsburgs, characterized by Phillip II and its Renaissance and Baroque style buildings, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa; the Madrid of the Bourbons and the complex town planning schemes of Charles III, the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, and the Puerta de Alcalá. Admire the 19th-century work such as the Prado Museum. Then explore contemporary Madrid with areas such as Gran Vía, Castellana, the district of Salamanca and Parque del Oeste, as well as the commercial and financial areas of Modern Madrid and the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. The afternoon will be spent at leisure to continue exploring the wonders this city has to offer.

(April'2026 - March'2027)

In the afternoon, you will depart for a guided tour of Toledo. Upon arrival, you will begin a walking exploration of its historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its remarkable fusion of Arab, Jewish, and Christian cultures. From there, you will visit the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, commissioned by Queen Isabella of Castile as a royal mausoleum. Afterwards, continue to the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, a beautiful example of Mudejar architecture. Then, proceed to the Church of Santo Tomé to admire El Greco’s famed masterpiece, The Burial of the Count of Orgaz. The tour concludes in front of the Cathedral of Toledo, considered Spain’s most significant Gothic monument. Free time, followed by your return to Madrid, ending at Plaza de Oriente.

Enjoy the true art of flamenco at Tablao La Carmela. Located very close of Puerta del Sol, in the old coal cellars of the Taberna "La Carmela" (former Convent of La Victoria, demolished in 1836 after the War of Independence). Every night the best dancers (known as bailaores) come to the Tablao La Carmela, who will make you enjoy this art in each of their shows.

day 3 - Madrid - Salamanca - Porto

After breakfast, depart the hotel heading to Salamanca in Northwestern Spain, classified as a UNESCO Patrimony of Humanity. Salamanca dates to the Celtic era when ornate sandstone architecture flourished. You will have free time to explore the town and the University of Salamanca, one of the oldest universities in Spain; founded in 1134. Salamanca was given the Royal Charter of Foundation by King Alfonso IX in 1218. Later, cross the border between Spain and Portugal; you will reach Porto late in the afternoon.

day 4 - Porto

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour of Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage city. We will visit the Cathedral, the Stock Exchange building, and Santa Clara Church. Next, take in a unique view of the city along the Douro River and explore its rich history with a visit to the famous Port Wine Cellars, where you can enjoy a wine tasting. The rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure.

day 5 - Porto - Coimbra - Fatima

After breakfast, you will depart for Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado, a traditional Portuguese music style. Enjoy some free time to explore the city at your own pace. Next, continue to Fatima, a major center of Christian faith and one of the largest Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. Here, visit the impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared. The Chapel of the Apparitions, located at the heart of the sanctuary, is the resting place of the three shepherds Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. You may have the opportunity to attend the candlelight procession in the evening.

day 6 - Fatima - Batalha - Nazare - Alcobaca - Lisbon

Today after breakfast, you will depart for Batalha and visit the famous monastery classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was erected in commemoration of the 1385 Battle of Aljubarrota and served as the burial church of the 15th-century Aviz dynasty of Portuguese royalty. It is considered one of the best examples of late Gothic architecture in Portugal. Then continue to the picturesque fishing town of Nazare, known as the most popular seaside resort in the Silver Coast region of Portugal. Popular attractions include its lighthouse and funicular. Enjoy some free time before continuing to Alcobaça, another World Heritage Site. Alcobaca is known for its 12th-century monastery and Museum of Wine. It has a collection of more than 8,500 items from across Portugal, including portable presses, barrels, historic labels, bottles, farming tools, and copper stills. After visiting the city on your own, you will be transferred to Lisbon.

day 7 - Lisbon

In the morning you will tour the ancient Olissipo driving through its main squares and avenues, the Tower of Belem, a fortified tower in Santa Maria de Belém and a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Monastery of Los Jeronimos (entrance not included), one of the most prominent symbols of Portuguese Late Gothic Manueline styles of architecture in the city. Spend the afternoon at leisure perhaps exploring the Alfama Quarter with old buildings nested in the narrow twisting “Ruas” full of colorful buildings housing genuine “tabernas” where Fado can be heard.

day 8 - Lisbon – Merida – Cordoba

After breakfast, this morning depart for Merida, the capital of Extremadura. An UNESCO World Heritage Site, Merida is famous for its remarkable historical heritage, particularly its well-preserved Roman ruins, including the theater, amphitheater, and Roman bridge. Enjoy free time to explore the city before continuing on to Córdoba, once the capital of the Caliphate, located in the southern region of Andalusia.

day 9 - Cordoba - Seville

Today after breakfast, start with a tour of the beautiful Mosque-Cathedral, the greatest dual-identity monument in Spain and a powerful symbol of the two cultures that have shaped Andalusia. After the Moors captured Córdoba in 711, what had previously been a Visigoth Christian Church was split in two and used by Christians and Muslims as a place of worship. But in 784, on the orders of the Emir Abd al-Rahman, the church was destroyed and work on the great mosque began. Construction lasted for over two centuries and the building was eventually completed in 987, by which point Córdoba became the most important city in the Islamic Kingdom. In the afternoon, continue your journey to Seville. Upon arrival, you will have time at leisure.

This morning you will head on a panoramic city tour of Seville. You will see the exterior of the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome), the Santa Cruz Quarter, Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. You may enjoy a free afternoon at leisure to see the incredible views and flavors of the city. We recommend visiting the Royal Palace, known as the Alcazar Royal Palace, and its breathtaking gardens.

day 13 - Costa Del Sol – Tarifa/algeciras – Tangier - Fez

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will depart for Morocco taking the ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar from Tarifa to Tangier. Upon disembarkation from the cruise, clear customs, and head south to Fez by coach, often referred to as the country’s cultural capital. Fez is well known for the University of Al- Karaouine; the first university in the world which was founded in 859 AD. Breakfast at the hotel. This morning you will embark on a city tour to discover the most ancient and monumental of the Imperial Cities. Visit the 7 gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarters or Mellah, the Gate of Bab Bou Jealous, and walk among the Medina. Spend the afternoon at leisure. You will have plenty of time to explore the city and maybe do some shopping in the Medina. We recommend you see the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts Crafts or the Jnan Sbil: this peaceful oasis used to be an imperial garden. The humanity. Enjoy dinner at hotel.

day 15 - Fez – Rabat – Casablanca - Marrakech

Depart early for Rabat, Morocco’s capital, to visit the Royal Palace exterior, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the unfinished Hassan Tower. Continue to Casablanca, exploring landmarks like United Nations Square, the Corniche Boulevard and the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque, the world’s tallest minaret. Afterward, enjoy a scenic journey to Marrakech, the \"Pearl of the South,\" famous for its beautiful mosques, palaces, and gardens. Optionally, enjoy a traditional Fantasia Chez Ali dinner under caidal tents.

day 16 - Marrakech - Casablanca

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning explore Marrakech, starting with the Menara Gardens renowned for its side pavilion and olive trees. Then, visit the exterior of the Koutoubia Minaret, a twin to Seville’s Giralda. In the old town tour the Bahia Palace, once owned by a nobleman. Finally, wander through Jemaa el-Fna Square, one of Morocco’s most vibrant locations, where you will visit the souks and discover artisan guilds, including woodworkers, potters, leatherworkers and spice merchants. Lunch at the hotel, then depart for Casablanca.

day 17 - Casablanca – Tangier – Tarifa/algeciras – Costa Del Sol

After breakfast, you will leave Morocco and travel to Spain. Depart back to Tangier for the ferry crossing to Tarifa. The Strait of Gibraltar has served as a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe since Phoenician times. Upon arrival, after clearing customs and immigration, you will drive to the Costa del Sol.

day 19 - Costa Del Sol - Granada

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Granada, a city renowned for its incredible architectural heritage and the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms until 1492. Visit the world-famous Alhambra complex, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture, along with the beautiful Generalife Gardens, which have inspired famous writers like Washington Irving in his \"Tales of the Alhambra.\" The stunning palaces and lush gardens set against the Sierra Nevada backdrop offer a glimpse into the city’s rich history. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to explore more of Granada’s charm. You may choose our optional tour or visit Flamenco Zambra show in the evening.

After breakfast, you will head north to the World Heritage City of Toledo surrounded by the Tagus River. It is here where three cultures coexist: Christian, Moorish, and Jewish. The entire town is a national monument. Enjoy a short city tour will include the most important monuments, narrow streets of this famed city. From there you will return to Madrid.

Instead of visiting Toledo, you will travel north directly to Madrid, a scenic 04–05 hour journey that takes you past Andalucía’s rolling hills, vast stretches of olive groves, and the wide-open plains of La Mancha dotted with iconic windmills.
