We had a wonderful time. Had enough down time and enjoyed all the tours and guides. Fredy was always trying to find us new things to see. We had spectacular weather too.

G Adventures provides a great way to travel in a small group with like minded travellers. We loved Portugal. The guide made a huge difference with his knowledge and enthusiasm. We will def be using G again!

This walking trip was a great way to spend a week. There’s a great variety of walks which meant each walking day was different and interesting. Staying at four different hotels across the week, we covered a lot of the island. We went at New Year and the weather was really mild, t-shirt weather during the day. The views were fantastic and it’s a lovely island. Highly recommended. Local food was great. A good balance of walking and some time to relax.

Our hiking trip in Madeira was spectacular. Hiking along the levadas and the hike that included Pico Ruivo were hikes that we'll never forget. The in-country support was very responsive, especially given that we were hiking during the Christmas holidays.

It was a wonderful experience. Our group and leaders clicked very well, and our compatible levels of fitness made the hikes go smoothly. Using G Adventures eliminated the stressful parts of travel and allowed us to freely enjoy what The Azores had to offer.

We had the most amazing tour with our fantastic guide, Carlos. He was so very friendly, professional, funny and knowledgeable about everything. He had no problem answering any questions. He quickly learned what we were interested in, and what we weren't. When we (both) came down with illness at different times, his professionalism was excellent, and he helped us in every way. We saw so many corners of the areas on the itinerary. Carlos also adapted the itinerary because of days that attractions were closed. He even went further our of his way than I would have expected.
