Italy City sightseeing Trips

The itinerary is very good. It does give an idea of how Italy really is, the different cities, food, people and history. Also, the landscape changes. The only thing that was missing is the visit to St Peter's Basilica, it was a huge disappointment. I love art and history.When we were in Venice I would prefer to be able to go inside the St Mark's Cathedral than sitting in the cafe on the St Mark's Piazzeta watching the Palace (and the crowd) in front. From the St Mark's Basilica's second floor the view is amazing and that was missing due time schedule, I understand completely. Other than that, everything was lovely, the group, organization, comfortable bus, tour director Lorena, driver Simone very skilled . I highly recommend this amazing tour, is my second time in Italy and the tour brought back good memories from my previous trip many years ago.

Well organized trip with a variety of sites. From sea to mountains. Having 2 nights in most cities works well, better than moving every day. There is lots of walking but that helps to work off the good food and wine.

Fabulous. This Holiday fir me was a European Dream come true. The itinerary was on point. Fabulous countries,Fabulous travel. I enjoyed every minute Rome was amazing I never dreamt I woukd see let a lkne go j sidestep Peter's, to walk around Rome was truly a magic experience.To visit the Trevi fountain, and the Colosdeum was magic. Our guide was incredible. Switzerland was my favorite as it was like my homeNZ. Francecwas magic, Enfield Tower, Versaille our cruise down the Siene the Moulon Rouge were just amazing. Our accommodation was lux,comfy people were helpful, and welcoming. Great care was taken by Steve in choosing great hotels to stay.i loved them all. Steve Our guide...well what can I say. He was truly magnificent kind patient, multi lingual, Our go too, problem solver. Our saviour. Steve worked so hard non stop, and asked for very little in return. He was knowledgeable, experienced. I woukd say,Steve usvthe person to do a tour like this because it does need experience,energy, people skills,good communication skills and an ability ti make relationships quickly. Steve had all these skills and more as a group we were so well cared fir. So thank you Steve fir yiur magic.

Excellent trip! The mix of structed activities and free time is perfect. The hotels were excellent as were the activities in each location. This is a great trip for those who want some physical activity without that being the main focus. Plenty of time to relax and take in the beautiful scenery!

Really appreciated the tour of the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum. Would have liked to visit the St. Peter's Basilica and the Pieta. Sorry that that did not happen. The rest of the tour was wonderful. Really appreciated all the optional excursions. Would've liked to have seen a bit more of Rome itself. A big thank you to Tayla Gatt, our Tour Director. She was excellent at her job - really helpful, full of great information and suggestions. Our tour bus driver, Danielli, was superb at his job. Really appreciated his navigation skills.

We saw a lot of amazing architecture and sites in one week. I would never have seen as much if I were to go on my own. Our tour guide Steve Fowler, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the countries that we visited and even taught us some of the language!
