Italy Beach Trips

This trip was nothing short of transformative. I have not travelled much in my life, at least not trips like this one, but nothing could have prepared me for how deeply this experience would impact me. From the first morning waking up in Bomerano, sometimes literally inside the clouds, I felt a new kind of aliveness I had never felt before. Every direction I looked was breathtaking, and every day left me feeling inspired, connected and genuinely grateful. What started as a simple hiking holiday quickly became something life changing, and our group bonded in a way that lifted my spirit more than I ever expected. It truly felt like stepping into a dream I never wanted to end. Every hike, every day, offered another reason to fall in love with life again. Grazie assai, Agerola. Dentro le tue nuvole ho ritrovato il respiro, e nei tuoi sentieri ho imparato a vivere il momento. Non sognarlo soltanto: vivilo.

My only concern with the trip, was the travel arrangements on the way home. You have to get up at 2 AM to get to France where there was a three hour layover and then to get home was exhausting. I feel like the entire trip was five star and the end leg of the trip fell in a hole. It was like it was over and no one cared. It was a trip of a lifetime I would use Collette again and have recommended to Collette to other people. Thank you, Elaine Lombardo

Tour of the Great Synogogue of Rome in the Ghetto of Rome, which we did on our own after the walking tour of Rome which ended in the Ghetto. The other unforgettable experience was the tour of Pompey

We loved having our home base in Minori for four nights instead of packing up and moving every two days. Each day we ventured out on a tour of the surrounding towns. Accommodations were wonderful except I was surprised that the lodging did not take into consideration that two single women could be sharing a room and twin beds would have been a better option. It was a good thing we were close friends and didn’t mind sleeping in the same bed.

Loved the boat ride to Amalfi and positano and visiting those cities.. I also liked our time in Minori and having our lemon experience. I found our time at the sassy in Matera was very interesting, but also a little hard on my body.! a lot of up and down steps but worthwhile. Our time in ot OTranto was so beautiful to being by the sea. I really enjoyed that walking along the beach ALBEROBELLO was certainly a very interesting area, too the trully houses we're fun accommodations and a very unique area!

Our tour of Rome and the Amalfi Coast with Colette in October, traveling with the Howie Carr Show, was truly outstanding. Enzio, our tour guide, was exceptional—so knowledgeable and engaging. His knowledge of the history of Italy was outstanding and always ready with an answer to every question. It’s hard to choose just one favorite, but I especially loved exploring Rome, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. The visit to the Lacryma Christi winery, where we enjoyed lunch and a walk through the vineyards, was another highlight. We enjoyed beautiful afternoons exploring the Amalfi Coast. And I would be remiss not to mention how special it was to have dinner with Howie Carr. We sat next to each other, and it was such a pleasure—thank you, Howie, it was very nice meeting you! This was truly the trip of a lifetime, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beauty and history of Rome and the Amalfi Coast.
