A lot of experiences/locations within 12 days. Saw most everywhere I wanted, (except Assisi and Milan), but then that would be almost too many stops. I was looking forward to the stop in Lucca, but between Dec 2025 and the trip May 2026 it was dropped and I don't know why.
Highly recommend a guided tour! You get to see a lot of area and get a good feel for Italy. The guide and driver excellent Manuela and Vinchenzo!
Good pace, balanced between touring and relaxing times. Description of landmarks could be more clear, ie whether it includes going inside or just a driveby.
There was so much to see. The tour allowed us to experience as much as possible in the time we had. Rome of course was excellent, but so was Florence, Tuscany, Santa Margharita Ligure, Lake Maggiore, the Dolomites and Venice.
Very well organized. A great way to see a lot in a short time without having to worry about anything. Our tour director was amazing at taking care of every detail.
