A great way to see Sicily away from the main tourist areas. There was some mud, some territorial dogs to get past and some stiff climbs often at the end of the day to hill towns. But our hosts and other people we met were very welcoming, the food was great and the scenery made the exertion worthwhile. We recommend this walk.

The trip was well organized with some of the hotels on the trip being real gems especially the one in the agriturismo and the one in Monteriggioni. The team was responsive when I had questions both before and during the trip and the app was easy to use. We had a fantastic time and the route was gorgeous.

Great scenic walking with demanding ascents and descents but comfortably within the capability of a walker used to the Fells. The organisation was excellent and everything worked seamlessly. The hotels were all good although the quality of the restaurants in the villages was mixed with good and bad experiences from what was recommended. A great week.

Walked through some really great areas of the Piedmont with lots of opportunities for great lunches. The majority of the hotels were nice. The hotel and restaurant in Cissone was especially nice, very happy to have spent two days there. The fifth day of the hike from Cissone to Cravanzana was a little rough, the trails had ruts and lots of rocks. However, overall, wonderful trip!
