Italy Tours in June 2026

It’s a fast pace if you do optional excursions Not much stress over walking tours and plenty of toilet stops on coach trips Great taste experiences with meals Fast access to venues and well organised by top tour guide Coach was very roomy and comfortable It was well worth the 17 day tour as we experienced a diverse range of venues and learnt much about the regions, history and customs of Italy & Sicily. Having porterage included was a bonus. Our experienced coach driver and Tour guide could not have done better to meet our group of 35 experience very pleasant

Great tour to see the highlights of Italy and Sicily. Wonderful wine and great food at every turn. Well organized tour, the tour director had to mix things up to correspond to weather conditions.

The Italy tour was fantastic! Very much enjoyed the cooking class at the Villa IL Leccio in Strada in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy. The tour also included a 4 night stay at the Villa Godenano. Both villas were beautiful and the scenery was spectacular. Traveling through the small towns and stopping to experience the lifestyle was memorable. It was like going back in time.

Got to see many highlights of Italy, our tour manager was outstanding. Most the hotel were good, Hotel Regina was by far the most outstanding, the hotel in Venice, Santa Lucia was subpar, at least our accomodation was. Our room had two floors with a narrow staircase to get to the bedroom, which was like a dungeon, there was a 40 watt bulb in the lamp, so had to use my flashlight to see. Had to have someone bring the suitcase up and down, very inconvenient. We visited the room of a traveling companion in our group, which was amazing, well lit, lots of counter space and a beautiful view. So, just beware of what your offered as a an accomodation there. As an older person I really enjoyed the trip for the most part, but it was exhausting, so just keep that in mind. The majority of the tour guides were very good, but even though they split us into groups of 20, there were 42 people in this group, it was sometimes hard to keep up with the tour guides. The Vatican tour, should have been split into much smaller tour groups, due to the huge crowds. Pompeii was the best, since they broke us up into three groups, so that was a great experience.

The itinerary was well paced with some quieter days in the middle to allow for a recharge. Overall an excellent trip and thanks to Vivien Samu for coordinating all the excursions and included events perfectly.

I thought the itinerary was well planned & gave us an overview of the areas we visited. Everything was seamless & we were never left guessing about what would happen on any given day.
