A great way to see much of Italy in a short period of time. Be prepared to add a substantial amount of Euro's to the cost of the tour through the optional experiences. If you don't do them you don't get to see very many of the major attractions. I would have expected these tours to be included in the overall tour given the price we paid. On some of the optional experiences, I questioned the value compared to what we paid and they seemed very overpriced. Some of the food was below standard but in general it was good. Hotel rooms were mostly good, although rooms were super hot and often located away from the centre of town. Our tour guide was excellent as were the specialist tour guides. Everything was very well organised and the communication from our guide on a daily basis made everything run smoothly and enjoyable. Be prepared for early starts and lots of driving. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone. Italy is amazing and we definitely got to see the best of it.
