That hotel we stayed at in Rome was horrible- I highly recommend changing and working with another company. We had terrible food there, there was hair in the meal, staff were very rude to us, and my mom's room was very hot. She requested a room change and they gave her a dirty room with visibly soiled linens all over. She had to request another room change, and it was still not cool. Please switch for the future guests :)

The trip was wonderful overall. The Tour Director and Driver were outstanding!!! The local experts were great as well. The food and accommodations were not up to par and you had to pay for most excursions. This was very different from my Trafaglar trips to Ireland (2018) and Greece (2019), as most sight seeing excursions were included and the food and accommodations were much better. Having to pay for the excursions, etc out of pocket versus included, it will take me a long time to pay off this trip. Nonetheless, Italy was strikingly beautiful and the company (Trafaglar staff and other guests) made the trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

Itinerary was all good, thank you.
Would suggest Trafalgar give a little more consideration when choosing Hotel accommodation to have reasonable size bathroom and shower facilities.
Showers over a bath are slippery and dangerous.
It would be nice if your Tour Guide mixed more with the participants and would be closer to help with problems.
Does Trafalgar’s policy preclude the Tour Guide from eating with the participants?
