Although I am not a first timer to Italy, Italian Escapade gives a first timer a great taste of Italy.
It was fast paced but inclusive.
Saw lots of history, great tour director
The itinerary covers most of the best tourist spots in Italy. Great value for the money. All of the Hotels on the tour were great.
Visited all the highlight cities I have wanted to visit.. however missed seeing most important sights in some of those cities. How can u go to Rome and not visit St Peter’s Basilica or the Colleseum? A drive by is not the same. Sistine Chapel was amazing. In Venice missed visiting the Doges Palace or St Marks. Main sights to see in Venice. Gondola ride was magical ! But Murano glass visit was a waste and uncomfortable people there were rude or made our group feel uncomfortable and wanting to leave. Burano was cute but not a main sight to see in Venice. Maybe if there was extra time it would have been nice.
