Iceland Tours in September 2027

This was a great way to see a section of the country that was not normally included in other tours. It was interesting and we saw a lot. I know that it was an add-on trip, but I felt that 18 people were too many, when normally the tour sizes are around 12.

Wonderful trip - inclusive itinerary; professional, experienced, and entertaining guide; comfortable accommodations; excellent food. Left Iceland feeling like I had a good knowledge of Iceland, its people, culture, and history. Not to mention, the spectacular scenery!

I had a phenomenal time on this trip. The tour balanced the highlights with some less-known but still majestically beautiful places. Our leader, Herdis, was integral in incorporating a locals perspective and bringing a sense of relaxation to the trip. I felt so... well!

Had a great time and got to see and do a lot more than I thought we would! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely do another trip like this in the future.

A great experience and quite different to our previous trips with Exodus. A good itinerary which allowed us to see amazing diverse landscapes from spectacular waterfalls to glaciers, icebergs and rugged coastlines. We also really enjoyed hearing about Icelandic culture, both new and old, with stories of trolls and Vikings.

Iceland exceeded all our expectations! It is an extraordinary place with an incredible culture. The country boasts amazing natural beauty and the food scene is diverse. The entire experience was unique.The travel company hired a private guide who was beyond amazing. We experienced the country from a local and tourist perspective, enjoying some of the traditional sites, along with several local spots.
