The VOK Baths were the only disappointment. I felt they were unsafe and unclean. The bottom of the pools & in pool bench surfaces were slimy making them slippery and unpleasant. The indoor floors were quite slippery as well.. There were no attendants once inside to assist with questions or directions. I felt the entire bath experience was a safety liability. On the other hand: The SKY LAGOON experience was First Class!

Wonderful trip minus the whale watching. The whale watching was not good. It was too rough of a day to go out, equipment wasn't good ( boat and water outfitting) so health and safety was certainly an issue. Bus driver and guide were great. Hotels were pretty good, certainly comfortable beds. Very clean country!

Beautiful country, hotels were nice! Perfect trip for a person who loves to travel but doesn’t like to plan things to do and where to stay. Tour director was awesome and having lived in Iceland he was very knowledgeable and provided great stories to things we saw and stopped at!

The route of this tour, a full circuit of Iceland via the ring road over eight days, enabled us to see and visit the most awe-inspiring landscape I've ever seen. The mountain ranges, escarpments, columnar cliff faces, glaciers, glacial icebergs, massive moss-covered lava fields, rivers, water falls, lakes, beaches, a geyser, humpback whales, seals, a variety of birdlife, Icelandic horses - all these were unforgettable. It was a thrilling journey.

Natural Wonders of Iceland has a wonderful itinerary. Our experience was like landing on a different planet! Each day we traveled to interesting sites and adventures. We experienced waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, geothermal landscapes, geysers, snow covered mountains, icebergs and a thermal pool spa! We enjoyed watching seals play on the beach and following whales in the bay!

Had a great time, and my tour guide was lovely. Got to see and do some fantastic things (would recommend doing the FTAs) and the coach made moving around Iceland safe and easy. Given how dark it was and how iced the roads were, this tour was a great way to see Iceland. We were able to see the Northern Lights in Iceland, but this isn’t a Northern Lights tour; it’s very weather dependent. Only notes I’d have for this trip are the optional activities are not really optional, as you will be left on the coach until the activity is done; there is nothing else in the area for you to do during these activities. The glacier hike was manageable for those that don’t regularly hike, but if you don’t have good boots with ankle support you will also have to pay to rent shoes. The hostel we stayed at in Reykjavík was also inconvenient at this time for airport transfers due to construction happening; no hostel pick ups possible, so I’d take care when booking flights to pick a convenient time to catch a bus and arrive at the airport on time.
