We hit a few roadblocks with our tours due to weather conditions and volcanic activity in the area, but Charlie The Traveler and his team were on it at every moment and were able to provide us with alternative tours that did not take away from the overall experience. His team is led by individuals that truly cares about your experience. If you need a perfect trip planned then Charlie the Traveler is the way to go. So Many!!.. First, our tour operator, Arna was amazing! Her insightful thoughts, detailed explanations and pleasant demeanor REALLY made this trip special! Also, Vivi, the bus driver was super, sweet and very kind as well! Favorite experiences: - Reykjavik walking tour - trip to the peninsula, Arna's hometown, Shark museum, etc (west side) - Geysir, Gullfoss, Power Plant and Thingvellir -Sky Lagoon - Walking behind the one large waterfall and up to the top of another (464 steps)...Sorry, I can't remember the names of those falls! -Glacier Lagoon and Diamond beach The accommodations were fine for Iceland and the food selection was excellent!! My wife and I had a great time ! Thank you Arna, Vivi and Collette for giving us such special memories !

Iceland is a beautiful country, even if it was a little chilly. We enjoyed the thermal pools and saw many awesome waterfalls. Staying at the same hotel for four nights was nice, we did not have to pack up and change hotels everyday.
