We had an absolutely fantastic day with our guides (see the big Viking guy on the picture). The hike brought us past some of the most stunning scenery weve ever seen, including hidden waterfalls and caves. They were also very knowledgeable about any of the many questions we threw at them! A massive thank you to Anna, Bjrg and Hildur for going out of your way to collaborate with Southcoast to accommodate our tour to Landmanalauger. The communication was excellent and we were picked up directly from our guesthouse, on time and with a fantastic guide.

We were a party of four adults and one child who ended up on an unplanned Landmannalaugar superjeep tour with Midgard. We had originally booked with another company who didn't turn up as arranged. When we contacted them they called in Midgard to help and they were with us in about half an hour and provided a superb day. Our guide was Atti who was professional, informative and good company. It was slightly restrictive having a five year old on such a long outing but nothing phased Atti and we managed to see the varied and beautiful terrain and have a good soak in the river. On other days we also popped into their new building Base Camp which is great and provided a warm welcome, a good lunch and some helpful tips.

Well planned tour with Midgard Adventures. Our guide provided lots of local knowledge as well as SuperJeep tour into the mountains. Highly recommend Midgard Adventures and would use them again.

I can't speak highly enough about Midgard Adventure. I've been in Iceland for a few weeks now, and I can't stop going back to Midgard for more. They know how to take you away from the crowds and into the real Iceland for unbelievable adventures. I feel like they've taken me to multiple different planets! I've gone with the super jeep to Landmannalaugar and Thorsmork, and on the Fat Bikes trip, and loved every minute of all three experiences. But aside from the trips and activities, the people there really make it special. Being greeted with genuine laughter, getting real info from and interaction with locals like Addi, Becca, Eythor, Thorir, Fusi, Bjorg and the rest of the guides and staff, is truly unique. If you want to really experience Iceland, look no further. Midgard is the real deal. Can't wait for my next adventure!
