Iceland 8-Day Tours
An Iceland 8-day tour lets you explore the country's amazing scenery and special sights. It starts in Reykjavik where you get to soak in the Blue Lagoon's geothermal waters. Then you travel on the well-known Golden Circle route, seeing Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal area, and Gullfoss waterfall. Moving south, you see the beautiful Seljalandsfoss and the tucked away Gljúfrabúi waterfalls, and walk on Reynisfjara Beach's black sands. The trip goes on to the huge glaciers of Vatnajökull National Park and the magical Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Be sure to see the scenic East Fjords and less familiar places like the mossy lava fields of Eldhraun. In the north, check out Lake Mývatn's volcanic features and the quaint town of Húsavík. End your Iceland tour in 8 days by driving through the picturesque Snaefellsnes Peninsula also known as "Iceland in miniature," with its fishing villages, rugged cliffs, and lava fields. Iceland Tour Reviews
Honest insights from past guests on our 8-Day Iceland tours
The trip to Iceland through Collette was a grand adventure. The hotel accommodations and meals provided were superb. Each day was packed full of exciting activities. The only disappointments were the hurricane force winds at one of the beaches and that the Northern Lights didn't cooperate with a glorious show while we were in Iceland and those aren't Collette's fault. Our tour director was very knowledgably but I couldn't understand most of what she said because she talked too fast and has a very strong accent. Our bus driver was fantastic. He was an excellent driver, friendly and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about Iceland which he shared.
Wonderful trip filled with so many memories and laughs. The itinerary covered so much of the south, west and east of Iceland. Our guide Siggy was wonderful and gave us the local knowledge each place we went to. Loved the inclusions, and the optional were also very reasonably priced and well worth it! Loved the small group (20). Travelled on this trip in the middle of November - good timing for the weather (any later and the cold/rain and darkness might take over!). Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone!!!
Filippo was a wonderful tour manager. Very organized and well informed about the area. Marek was a excellent bus driver. Bringing us close as possible to the venue and positioning the bus to blocked the wind.
The Iceland tour was an amazing unforgettable experience. We had excellent luck with weather, seeing puffins and northern lights and the most fun I have ever had with a G Adventure tour. That was due to Kacper and a wonderful group of travellers as well as sights and experiences.
Tour manager she’s excellent The scenery are beautiful Love the heated Blue lagoon they’re the best I’m a vegetarian they have more choices vegan food than I can eat My friends and I had a wonderful trip from Collete tour co., Thanks again
our tour guide Mr. Viliam is very knowledgeable and professional . I would consider him an asset to any company that employees him . Also when my wife was sick Mr. Viliam was outstanding in accommodating us with rescheduling our transportation home . Thanks again , have a great day .
