Iceland Tours in December 2026

Had a great time, and my tour guide was lovely. Got to see and do some fantastic things (would recommend doing the FTAs) and the coach made moving around Iceland safe and easy. Given how dark it was and how iced the roads were, this tour was a great way to see Iceland. We were able to see the Northern Lights in Iceland, but this isn’t a Northern Lights tour; it’s very weather dependent. Only notes I’d have for this trip are the optional activities are not really optional, as you will be left on the coach until the activity is done; there is nothing else in the area for you to do during these activities. The glacier hike was manageable for those that don’t regularly hike, but if you don’t have good boots with ankle support you will also have to pay to rent shoes. The hostel we stayed at in Reykjavík was also inconvenient at this time for airport transfers due to construction happening; no hostel pick ups possible, so I’d take care when booking flights to pick a convenient time to catch a bus and arrive at the airport on time.

Filippo was a wonderful tour manager. Very organized and well informed about the area. Marek was a excellent bus driver. Bringing us close as possible to the venue and positioning the bus to blocked the wind.

our tour guide Mr. Viliam is very knowledgeable and professional . I would consider him an asset to any company that employees him . Also when my wife was sick Mr. Viliam was outstanding in accommodating us with rescheduling our transportation home . Thanks again , have a great day .

Outstanding tour, amazing tour guide and bus driver! Every day was packed with activities that were fun, educational and the beauty was awe inspiring. Our tour guide Vilim made every day interesting and asked for feedback to make it better. He went above and beyond to make the two people who had birthdays traveling with us feel special. Would do this tour again and have recommended it and Colette to family and friends.

Arnie made sure we had our daylight hours filled with sights and has a real knack for getting us to sights before the crowds arrived. Iceland was really out of this world and to be able to see it guided by a passionate local was such a treat. I definitely plan to do the summer trip at some point

This trip was incredible. Iceland was a dream destination and this trip allowed me to see as much of the country in a week as possible. Each day was something so unique and peaceful.
