I like that Gadventures always find compatible roommates for each of my trip. The trip was well planned, well resourced and fun. It was a timely turn around of the faulty vehicle so that it does not affect the trip and the guide's resourcefulness in making things happen.
I thought the trip was great! We saw a lot, including puffins, waterfalls, geysers, and lots of animals. We also learned a lot about Iceland. I was lucky to have a good group too.
Magical - you get to see so much and get so much more insight into a place when you have a local guide. I could never have come up with such a great trip on my own. Plus, all the hassle is removed…all you have to do is wake up, eat breakfast, and you’re on your way to something awesome!
I am absolutely blessed to have seen so much of the beautiful country and culture in such a short time. I will look to book another tour in the near future. Hederis and Iceland set the bar extremely high!
Wow! If it's adventure you are after, then you've come to the right place. Iceland has so much to offer, not only the Northern Lights. There are glacier hikes, caving, surfing, whale watching to name a few activities in Iceland. For the not so physical, there are beautiful waterfalls and amazing landscapes that are breathtaking to say the least. If you have never been to Iceland and you're contemplating it, do it! You won't regret it.
The G Adventures Hiking Southern Iceland was an amazing tour that really showcased the beautiful, diverse, landscapes of Iceland. Ronan was an experienced, knowledgeable tour guide who took the time to show us hidden gems off the beaten path.
