What an amazing journey through the vineyards and mountains of France! This tour far exceeded my expectations. Having already travelled through France many times I was still completely amazed by the awesome journey we took along the backroads. The scenery was incredible, especially in autumn. The stops along the way were well timed and thoroughly enjoyable, the wine tastings, the cheese making and especially the picnic. All the towns and villages we stopped at were fabulous. Our hotels and included restaurants were very good. We had some lovely meals. Our tour guide Eva was excellent as was our driver Kasparov. I appreciate all they did to make this a very happy and memorable experience. Thank you for a wonderful tour!

It was great but short, hope we can spend more time in France and Switzerland. The Italy to Switzerland was fantastic, the last leg of the trip in Paris felt a bit rushed and confusing.

This was an amazing tour . Our guide , Eva, was fantastic! A delightful young lady with a good knowledge of French history. We were fortunate to have an excellent driver in Kasper. The itinerary was fabulous allowing us to enjoy different regions of France. Autumn was spectacular as we travelled south. A special treat was Eva’s picnic lunch. After visiting a small local market, we drove to a beautiful area to enjoy our bread , cheese & wine amidst the brillent colours. Yes, we saw the mountains in their glory & enjoyed the wine & the food. Definitely one of the most enjoyable Back Roads tours I have done.

The Blue Rds. Tour, Jewels of Southwest France was wonderful.. loved the small group and out of the way places. Albert was a great guide and lots of free time. Hotels were great and very central. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed this tour. The itinerary, pace, and activities were well planned. Our driver and tour leader were professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. The smaller group allowed us to get to know each other and develop friendships. I would highly recommend!

We were very happy with this tour. Stephanie was our fabulous guide. Honfleur, Dinan and Chinon were wonderful places to visit, and mostly off the main tourist sites. The accommodation in all the stays was exceptional…and the breakfast each morning was excellent The pace is not too hectic…there’s plenty of down time to enjoy everything.
