Scotland Solo Tours for Single Travelers

The tour was very good. As a first time visitor to Scotland it was a great way to explore all areas and learn the country’s history. It was nice to stay more than one night in a few places. The tour included breakfasts every day, which was great. It would be nice if at least half of the dinners were included as well. On some occasions, more time to check out stores and shops would be appreciated. At the end of a day’s tour, most shops are closed.

A fantastic trip to Orkney. We were fortunate with the weather the first week in September and there were still some wildflowers, butterflies and birds around on our coastal walks. However, for me my main reason for visiting Orkney was for the archaeology. I am so pleased I got to see the oldest settlement and stone circle in the UK. It was so worth the visit.

Our tour guide Andrew was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us with any questions or issues that came up. He helped make the vacation a success in all areas; food, fun and activities!

It was absolutely amazing however I would have preferred to pay more and have longer stops. I’m not complaining just saying. How Director Charlotte was exceptional and so was the driver (I think Henry) can’t fault either of them and give them a 10+

The actual trip itinerary was enjoyable and beyond expectations. The tour guide and driver were fantastic and I would book a tour again with these two due to their professionalism, care, concern, and knowledge.
