This itinerary begins at the official start of the West Highland Way at the obelisk in Milngavie just outside Glasgow. Your walk will include Loch Lomond, valley routes through the mountains round Crianlarich and open heather moorland across the Rannoch Moor wilderness area. You will pass close to sombre Glencoe, famed for its massacre of the MacDonald Clan, and finishes at Fort William near the foot of Ben Nevis. The Scenery was fantastic and we enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone the logistics were seamless. Be prepared for a lot of litter of toilet paper due to the lack of toilets and people not following the rules of burying it.

Enjoyed the trip 100%. People services were well organized and thoughtful. The scenery was gorgeous. Only one criticism was lack of a outdoor toilets which may have lessened the disturbing litter of toilet paper occasionally spotted.
