Excellent tour!!! Our guide, Owen was excellent. It was great to have a guide who was so knowledgeable about the area - from the history to best restaurant picks to where the live music was playing that night. We had a very comfortable shuttle bus with charger plugs (very important because Scotland is so beautiful I took a ton of photos and went through alot of battery!). The accommodations and itinerary were great - we did just the perfect amount of sightseeing for the 5 day tour.

Just home from an amazing group hiking experience in Gran Canaria. There were 6 of us in the group and 2 wonderful guides—Rosie and Ben. We learnt so much about the history, geography, flora and culture of this beautiful island, from our guides. The hiking days were seamlessly planned and organised, the pace was good for all levels of ability and all the overnight accommodation was excellent. In the evenings, the locations for dinner, drinks and socialising had been organised and we would spend time getting to know each other and relaxing! It really was the best active holiday I have been on and Rosie and Ben also organised the perfect weather! I highly recommend this travel operator and I’m sure all their tours and itineraries are brilliant.

I have just returned from a weeks walking in Gran Canaria and it exceeded all expectations. Great hosting by Ben and Rosie, lovely accommodation, spectacular walks that were expertly set for the skill level of the group. Group size was small so we received a very personal service. If you want to escape to some winter sun, undertake beautiful walks with lovely company at a very reasonable price, do not hesitate to book this tour. First and foremost, the Guide and narration was superior. The information shared was interesting and supported sometimes with slide shows. Hotels were good and food was good. My only constructive criticism is that, due to allowing for two nights in each hotel which was nice, we didn't really "see" The Isle of Skye, Of the whole large island with charming villages and lots of coast line, we only got a peep and a horrible lunch, if you want to call it that. Please be sure to indicate that the potty stop on the Isle of Skye is just that. All the other locations visited had enough time to soak in the area. I absolutely loved the Sheep Farm. Wonderful!!!

We had two leaders - one in Sri Lanka and another in the Maldives. Both were excellent, but particularly Su in Sri Lanka because we encountered very difficult circumstances due to exceptionally heavy rainfall during our trip.

Fantastic itinerary, we had so many amazing experiences, we learnt a lot about the culture, history and people. We experienced many things that we would not have if we had travelled alone. Our guide was passionate and entertaining. He was a font of knowledge and added to our enjoyment I have not felt as relaxed travelling solo, knowing that all the transport, porterage etc was taken care of allowed me to enjoy the experience without the stress.

The Dordogne trip was outstanding - beautiful scenery, quaint and comfortable hotels, excellent food and days longs enough to feel the benefit of walking but not so long to make you too exhausted to enjoy arriving. Added bonus was our ability to enjoy a “coupe” everywhere we landed.

We were very satisfied with the arrangements made for our trip which we only booked very close to the proposed departure date. Accommodation was very good and the arrangements for transfer of luggage and ourselves between departure points for the walks worked without a hitch. App for walk was easy to use and accurate.
