On some days the tourists were left to themselves for several hours. Almost 6-8 h in London, 12 noon to 8 pm. Activity should have been planned to see different sites and places in London instead of leaving the families to find their own entertainment and options. Similar in Edinburgh. Whole day was left free to explore. 2-3 h free time is OK. Rest of trip major events must be planned with guides and transport of Europamundo. This is our suggestion for future guided tours and trips.

The highlight of the whole experience for me was diligent punctuality. The free times allotted in some of the city centres were excessive in my opinion; a couple of hours at the maximum should have been sufficient. Some guides could have been more polite. Some hotels were not up to standard. Overlooking these, the experience was good, and the sincerity of Europamundo in helping the travellers really showed.

A bit rushed, but very well managed. At no point were we asking of more information as the guides we quite thorough and helpful. Nothing is perfect, so if one is willing to overlook those, I can safely say that my experience with Europamundo has been nothing short of fantastic
