It was a fast paced trip, but relatively well balanced. I really enjoyed seeing the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. I loved seeing the islands and coastlines, and around the countryside.

Well travelled across Scotland and the Isles. The cities and towns were amazing to see along with the hairy coos. All of the historical sites were wonderful, so much history to see and learn about. The highlands were beautiful and it was really good to know that when there is sheep in the forest the results are no forest fires. As for the Isles I could only love them the most. The people were so friendly and welcoming.

Scottish Highlands and Cities coach tour August/September 2025. Our tour guide, was sensational by calling on his extensive qualifications in historical matters combined with his media exposure to deliver a daily lecture and commentary as the tour wound its way into the Highlands and back again. This was my second tour of the Highlands (2015) but I learned more in two days with Speedy than I did for the 13 days of the previous tour. 👍🤩

It was an excellent taste of Scotland. There were a couple long days, a couple sad castles. I would’ve preferred to see more of the scenery in the Highlands by experienceing it walking through. Isle of sky didn’t really seem to add anything to the itinerary All the hotels were fine. The food was excellent breakfast buffets had a beautiful array of food. We could sample everything. The dinners were great. The tour guide and coach driver were beyond excellent.

The Director of our trip was very informative of the places we were taken to. He had a special guest to speak with us on a castle that we visited and gave us details of its past. The only draw back was our daily bus trips was long until we arrived at our next destination. This only gave us a short time to visit and had to be back on the bus to go for which it took us to get back that early evening. The director did speak too us on things to occupy us while we were on the bus between trips. I was really at ease of our bus driver we had was very friendly and courteous. His driving was exceptional and safe. He went beyond to keep us comfortable. I did enjoy our Scotland trip. Thank you

What made the trip most enjoyable was the tour director. You could tell he was very passionate about his country. His knowledge about its history was unbelievable and his storytelling was awesome. The little things he did for all of us made the trip even better. The tour itself was very historical which was why I wanted to do it. Staying in places from castles that were converted to hotels and newer hotels saws the difference and age of the country itself. The places that were chosen for meals were excellent, from an old pub and having supper with a laird and lady of a working day castle. Would recommend this tour.
