Croatia Group Tours

Great locations & attractions, varied by sea & land. Started in Zagreb and ended in Dubrovnik, it just got progressively better & better. Loved the whole experience. Love Croatia. Hotels were all really nice, central and some very luxurious with views to die for!

A wonderful weeks hiking in the most beautiful surroundings. Sarajevo was an interesting base for some of the walks and the time spent in Mostar was lovely ...despite the heavy rain!! It was a pleasure to meet all the other group members, good conversation and fun the whole week. Two of the accommmodation could be described as interesting (run down and dated) ....however, some of the other hotels exceeded expectations and were really of a very good standard.

Zagreb to Dubrovnik is a fabulous way to see this stunning country. Plus our guide Petra made everything easy. The hotels were all excellent, the bus drivers skills were excellent. We would recommend Insight to anybody considering a tour.

I saw everything I wanted to see and more. The tour guide was AWESOME; energetic, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! She explained the history of Yugoslavia in terms that I understood. Compared to the other 4 trips, (France, Portugal, Italy and Ireland), it was more relaxed! Maybe it's because we didn't take all the optional excursions. We find there were many dinners and we like to do/learn something. We really enjoyed the dinner included the history and how to make gingerbread cookie with traditional dance involving guests!

This was a nice trip. The hotels were very nice - clean, comfortable, good locations and good food. The driver and leader were particularly good. The driver was very good at maneuvering the bus, and I always felt safe. The tour leader made an effort to make everyone comfortable and to get to know what we were interested in doing. The local guides were also vey good. They provided interesting history and information about the area and the culture. Like a cruise, this kind of tour only lets you get the highlights of a place or area, but it covered a lot of ground and provided an incredible glimpse into Croatia and Slovenia. In spite of the crowds in Dubrovnik and Split, it was still an amazing trip.

Excellent trip featuring the highlights of Northern Croatia. From the stunning National Parks to the beautiful coast. Well organised itinerary with a good balance of organised activities and free time. Unfortunately the weather was a little unkind in the middle of the trip so we couldn’t complete some of the intended walks, but our fantastic tour leader Ivica came up with some alternatives to make the most of our time. Accomodation was very good. Spacious and modern rooms. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts. Great locations. Would highly recommended for anyone that likes to get into nature and explore what this beautiful country has to offer.
