It was a splendid introductory trip. The guides in each city were very good; the the cities themselves were fascinating. We chose our own restaurants which was easy. The museums were quite spectacular, and if you like art Botelo is a master of painting and sculpture. I must say I was confused about the preparatory organization, since it all seemed to be done on-line; and did not come together in a package for us until a few days before we arrived, but in the end the logistics were excellent. The cars and guides arrived on time at every stop, and the hotels were very good. So all in all, well done.

Bike and Sail Croatia exceeded our expectations. From checking in on day one to leaving on day eight, everything went smoothly. Even adverse wind conditions were handled by the crew, who altered the itinerary on the go to make it all happen. The guides, sailors, cooks and Captain made the holiday as good as it could have been.

Had a fantastic time on our bike and barge tour. The barge was fitted out well, the quality of the bikes and the organisation of the daily trips were really well presented and planned out. I am keen on the natural world, fascinated by large carnivores - walking and sharing their world was the reason for booking. The spectacular mountain ranges are wild and empty of people. I enjoyed the fact that each day had a different emphasis and the lack of rest day enabled us to really make the most of our surroundings. Relaxing drinks on the patio, a feast of local delights and the company of likeminded, funny and interesting folk was a great end to each day. I'd love to return in the autumn , but the wildflowers and butterflies were superb.

I thought this was an excellent week, with beautiful walks in spectacular scenery and almost no other hikers; fantastic flora and the excellent guide explained lots about the wildlife and history of the region which I hadn't known much about. The local staff were very hospitable and it's hard to see how the week could have been much better

This was the trip of a lifetime. We fell in love with Porto the minute we set foot in the city.....and Gaia was also amazing. Each town we visited was delightful and we highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Portugal by foot, by boat, and by car/coach. Simply amazing.

The holiday and our guide, Joe, were superb. We had so many close encounters with animals including lions, crocodiles, hippos and elephants. Our guide / driver knew where to locate animals by following tracks and listening for animal distress sounds. We saw a cheetah hunting and lions mating! The best part was camping and listening to animals at night, sitting on the loo watching the Milky way and eating the delicious food cooked by Sparks and Martin. it was very special.

Had an amazing time in Japan! The only thing we can say which really wasn’t a challenge as such, was that on our last morning we were being picked up for the airport before the hotel’s breakfast time and we had already paid for that meal. So we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Onsens are always a great experience. All three trips that we have booked with you previously have all been a great experience
