Croatia Tours in November 2026

The trip was well paced and most every activity was very interesting. I wish that the tips for the bus drivers and city tours was prepaid in the cost of the trip. It would be easier than having to come up with the $$ on the spot and would insure the tour guide of getting tipped properly. Ivan was terrific and were all of our city guides. In my opinion they really made the trip exceptional.

We had planned to do this tour for years and it didn’t disappoint. Really well organised and there were some slight deviations from the itinerary supplied but this didn’t matter. It certainly makes a difference when the weather is perfect too. Highly recommend travelling in October. I can’t imagine doing this in the heat of mid summer. The rides were not too long in distance but there were some significant hills which were a bit challenging if you don’t have an e-bike. Our guides were great and along the way you occasionally stop and get a bit of a history lesson and learn about the local culture. Meals on the boat we good (Maybe a little too much seafood for our liking). We opted for a room on the deck which was certainly a good option to get lots of fresh air into the room. Overall a great trip. Highly recommended.

Our guide Martina was first rate, good on knowledge and courtesy. The tour took me to places and experiences that will be hard to forget. The accommodation was excellent as was the transportation. Would highly recommend this tour to my family and friends.

I did the 10 day Croatia Sail trip in July and I can honestly say I had the best time ever! Our tour leader, Becca made the trip so special! She is full of energy, easy to chat to, approachable and professional. I loved that everyone was organised, from included activities such as cycling through the national park to kayaking in Dubrovnik, and even in our free time Becca gave so many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. All the locations were beautiful and I enjoyed how different each one was, from the pretty old towns to national parks and waterfalls. I really enjoyed that dinner was always organised every evening, so we all went to dinner together and you didnt have to plan anything yourself! I was worried this would be a party tour, but its really not. If you want to go out and party the night away you can, but if you just want a couple of drinks, and chat and to sleep at a reasonable hour that was fine too, and there was a mixture of people doing both so you never felt like the odd one out or pressured to do anything, whether you liked to go out or not. I met the most amazing group of people - from UK, USA and Australia. Even though we ranged in age from 19 to 40, we all got on so well and I feel like Ive made friends for life! Thank you intro and thank you Becca for the trip of a lifetime I will remember forever!

Good introductory tour to the Balkans. Need a bus-seat rotation plan to prevent some passengers from hogging the good seats. Choose buses that provide USB charging ports. Avoid less organised hotels where coffee and food runs out, such as in Hotel Marinela in SOFIA and Hotel Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo. Choose hotels that serve breakfast early, at least at 7:00AM, e.g. Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo serves breakfast only at 7:30AM and tour leaves at 8AM, not enough time. Choose hotels that provide express-laundry services as we do not have time to look for laundromats elsewhere. When arriving too early at a city to check-in at hotel, do not waste time unloading bags first, directly go on city tour then come back at check-in time. Maybe reduce a day from Bulgaria or Croatia and add at least a day more in Serbia, which is rich in history. If possible design a new tour to cover all Balkan states and add Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania.

The tour was excellent. Sonny was an incredible driver, prompt, friendly and kind. Our tour guide, Callum 'Blinky' Pyper, was full of historical and local knowledge, friendly, patient and kind. Both took very good care of us. We enjoyed all the excursions as they allowed for a bit more interaction with the local cultures.
