Enjoy a feast of local delicacies at a selection of hand-picked restaurants, set along the beautiful lakeside vistas. Voyage across the Dolomites to Venice and bear witness to the ancient skill of glassblowing. Vaduz: Admire the Royal family's residence, Vaduz Castle, which overlooks the capital and is surrounded by year-round snow-peaked mountains.
Innsbruck: Nestled amidst majestic mountains, Innsbruck is a beautiful city offering a unique combination of nature, history, and culture. Stroll the streets of the picturesque Old Town, with your Travel Director, learn about its history and admire the Baroque and Gothic architecture.
Venice: Join your Travel Director for an introduction to Venice, exploring its canals, lively squares, and historic landmarks. Discover the city’s unique charm as you navigate its maze of streets and take in iconic sights like St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge.
We could have seen more with the Hop on Hop off bus in Paris and Rome. This trip was hectic. Some of our hotels were in poor locations. Some of the included excursions were silly and simple. Some of the paid excursions had guides with heavy accents and hard to understand. Long bus rides between cities. Too much walking in certain places in hot July weather.
Everything was excellent except one of your local tour guides.
Showed a glimpse of all countries visited by visiting the highlights and giving us a general overview of points of interest. Very informative guide.
Name tags and masks for sick people on coach trips
Numerous interesting stops without constant stop/starts. Sufficient breaks and varied sights with fascinating back-stories.
Smooth and flowing itinerary. Right excursions with each destination. We had an excellent tour director -a must on this tour!
The trip is extremely packed with amazing sites and experiences . It’s a trip to not miss, but be prepared to be on the go. With that being said, it was a good balance of site seeing and having free time if you choose to skip an excursion. I’d highly recommend it!! I think our guide was a definite plus. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a waking encyclopedia. Between him and our driver things went like clockwork.
Excellent ratio of sites covered to time of tour
This itinerary is fantastic. We started in Paris two days early and then joined our tour. Tour director and driver were so attentive to all our needs and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All the additional extras like lunches in vineyards, dinners and entertainment were outstanding. All the optional experiences were not to be missed. The trip of my lifetime was more than I even expected.
Wonderful trip! I strongly recommend several of the Optional Experiences to make the most of your time, including the sunset boat trip in Paris (you see the Eiffel Tower aglow!), walking tour of Hidden Venice, and walking tour of the Colosseum in Rome. Be prepared to walk a lot (I hit 10-14k steps most days!) Be prepared for early mornings.
