Paris Tours and Trips

More time spent on WWI than WWII, but that was actually beneficial to me, and honestly, it’s hard to fit both wars (and that only the European theater/western front!) into 10 days. The optional excursions were great as well.

Very well planned & thought through itinerary. Wasn’t so rushed as we had mostly 2 night stays. I liked the idea of free time or optional extras. The travel guide Tim Smith, was amazing. He had all information for the next day on WhatsApp. & meeting points he would drop a google pin, so very easy to find our way back. Also very well informed about history, events, culture of France.

This was an amazing trip to many magnificent places. John our travel director and Paul our driver were very kind. I would highly recommend this trip. It was well planned and excellent communication throughout.

Versaille in France was overcrowded and the local expert could be a bit more focused on the runnings of the palace at the time. Got more detail of the history than I wanted

Our trip exceeded our expectations and we loved our travels. We saw so many sights and learned a lot about each destination. Our travel director John was excellent giving lots of information about the sights we were seeing and enabled us to have a lot of fun with our travel group. It was obvious that John enjoyed travelling and he was encouraging and motivated us to explore. The activities were wonderful and we especially enjoyed having dinner at a winery in Heidelberg and hearing about the history of the family-owned winery. We felt we had a good balance of exploring the sights, seeing beautiful scenery, having great dinners and entertainment and having free time to relax. I would definitely do a Trafalgar trip again.

Normandy was excellent. Jonathan was so knowledgeable. Moulin Rouge was also excellent. Eiffel Tower was great but the food was not. Giverny was amazing
