Enjoyable

This is a fast-paced tour but my husband and I were able to keep up,even though we are 80 and 82. You will meet people from all over the world from different cultures which is very pleasing. Our tourmates were wonderful people and we felt very comfortable Only complaint is that saying to be careful of pickpockets is not enough. Tour guide should give a brief tutorial on exactly how these people work. We were robbed on the funicula in Lyon. They are very clever and you need to know exactly what their methods are

This is a fast-paced tour but my husband and I at 80 and 82 were able to keep up. You will be on tour with people from all over the world and the various cultures made it very fun. Only complaint is that the tour guides should make people aware of the particular methods that pickpockets use. We were robbed in Lyon on the funicula and two other people were also robbed in that City as other people have been in the past. Just to warn people about just to warn people about pickpockets is not enough

we saw a lot for a reasonable price

This was a wonderful first visit to Europe. Guides are professional and the tour is run really well. Every care is taken to ensure all passengers are safe and accounted for. Hotels were fine. I especially liked the first hotel in Paris. A great start to the trip

Itineraries are good, but many walking tours may sometimes not senior- friendly. Overall experience was great especially meeting mixed nationalities, and experiencing different culture and food

1. Hotels are not 4 star as indicated. All are like inns. Hotel Botaniste, Moxy hotel, Smart Holiday are not listed among the pending hotels. 2. Buses are not consistent. Some are big with leg rooms and some are not. Tour guides should assign seats everyday so there will be no grabbing of seats.

Great bonding among passengers.

The trip is just tiring sometimes but I understand that they are maximizing our time here in Europe. Everything was excellent and the accommodation was great. I appreciate how the tour guides had back-up plans as well, for example, when the cable cars didn’t work we took the trains instead. I loved our tour guides as well

See my wife’s comment. I agree with her. We love Eva, the best tour guide. Next is Eric and then Gabby. They are all experts. Eva just made everything fun for us and the people in the trip I guess.

Very organized tour. We love it The guides they have are all experts. We covered many cities and places in a timely manner and we were given tips that made the vacation even better. We loved all our guides. Eric from paris to lucern was very accommodating. We felt safe with him because he was tall and commanded authority. He also took care of us when we were at Grindelwald and there was storm. He was quick to come up with alternative venue to visit. Gabby in Venezia and Florence is strict and punctual. She gave good cooking info and stories about italian life. But my family loves Eva Rubia Ruiz. We had a grand time with her. Very fun loving. Patient and helpful. She was energetic and we can feel that she loves her job. She is kind and people loved her during the trip. We became friends. Europa Mundo is lucky to have Eva. Overall we definitely had fun and we will use and recommend Europamundo again
