Far too many things crammed into a day. Tour guide smokers and bus drivers made us feel sick . Smoked outside the bus, but they smelled in clothing when they got back in the bus.not pleasant for non smokers . English for some guides not great. Many very sick people on our bus. I said to Monserat that her duty of care for the whole bus means she must address sick persons to place a mask on their faces to protect others.by the end of the tour many people had contracted illnesses. Less places would have meant one could explore a little more leisurely , not rush to get back on a bus to move on .
There was 1 guide from Austria to Prague that was always really unprepared, her accent and choice of words was so difficult to understand and I am sure we received less than half of the information and details than the Spanish group. I think her name was Beatriz, also she was rude a couple of times.
