Spain Sightseeing Trips

I very much appreciated the cohesiveness of our group, led by our tour guide Luke. That was a bonus to the travel. Even with some bad weather, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip, the meals, although too much food and too late for me, but i also understand that’s the custom. Definitely would recommend to others.

Majorca Hike: Sierras & Monasteries - lived up to all the pictures! Accommodation was as described (Valldemossa was a highlight) and the walks were all fantastic. A highlight was fresh orange juice on the walk to Deia. Having walk options meant you could manage indifferent weather (which was rare). Our second U Tracks and we are already planning another one.

You will see things off the beaten trail, who knew there was an amphitheater in southern France still in use that rival's the one in Rome and is still used for bullfighting! In France! You won't miss the main attractions and you will do it door to door with guided service at every stop. Don't worry be happy! Our guide even took the time to purchase little treats that were local to the place where we stopped to give us a taste of the area specialty.

This was a very well-organised trip - every aspect worked perfectly. The walks were varied and an appropriate length (for us!), the overnight accommodation was excellent and all the hosts were very welcoming - although if we'd had a better understanding of Spanish we wouldn't have had to resort to using Google Translate on a couple of occasions! The Sierra de Aracena is beautiful, totally unspoilt and is perfect for a not too strenuous walking holiday.

Had a great time walking with 10 friends. The planning went smoothly thanks to the Auckland office staff. Everything was spot on - the accommodation, the meals, the information provided. Excellent.

Trip planning lived up to our expectations for a fourth time. In particular, the information we were given in terms of hotels/posadas, the GPS files, and the reliable transfer of suitcases between stays. We really enjoyed the range of accommodation.
