Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided city tour to discover the beauty of Madrid. Explore the historic Barrio de la Morería, the Hapsburgs District, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de la Villa. Visit the Madrid of the Bourbons, including Charles III’s urban developments, the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, and the Puerta de Alcalá. Experience modern Madrid as you pass through iconic areas like Gran Vía, Castellana, the Salamanca district, and the city's commercial and financial hubs, including a stop at the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. During the tour, savor a traditional Madrid snack—chocolate with churros. The afternoon is yours to continue exploring the city's many wonders at your leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, we head toward the heart of Andalusia, making our way to Mérida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its remarkably preserved Roman ruins, such as the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. Immerse yourself in its rich historical legacy before we continue our journey to Córdoba, once the capital of the Caliphate.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a fascinating tour of Córdoba’s iconic Mosque (with entrance included) and other landmarks, as you wander through the serene, narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, continue your journey to Seville. This evening, enjoy the chance to experience authentic Andalusian cuisine at a local restaurant alongside your fellow travelers.

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a morning city tour of Seville, the capital of Andalusia. Visit the majestic Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter's in Rome. Continue exploring the historic Santa Cruz quarter, famous as the setting of Carmen and the legend of Don Juan. Then, stroll through the beautiful Maria Luisa Park and admire Plaza de España. You can discover more of this enchanting \"City of Light\" in the afternoon at your own pace.

Overnight in Seville

After breakfast, journey south through charming Andalusian villages to Jerez, where you’ll experience two key elements of the Andalusian spirit: wine and horses. Visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, followed by a wine tasting at one of the region’s renowned local wineries. Continue on to Ronda, where you'll tour an olive oil production facility at LA Organic and sample their organic olive oil. The rest of the day is yours to explore the hidden gems of Ronda at your leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart from Ronda and head toward Gibraltar. Upon arrival, visit the iconic \"ON THE ROCKS\" in Gibraltar, followed by free time to explore the area. Continue to Algeciras to board a ferry to Tangier, marking your first step into Morocco. Upon arrival in Tangier, transfer to Tetouan, known as “The White Dove,” with its Medina recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Tetouan’s most captivating sights before heading to Chefchaouen, famously known as the Blue City for its vividly painted houses and streets. Upon arrival, explore the city and stroll through the charming Uta El Hammam square, with free time for shopping and lunch. Later, depart for Fez, crossing the scenic Rif mountain range, arriving in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive tour of the country's religious city, founded in the 8th century by Idriss II and regarded as one of the Four Imperial Capitals. During the visit, explore the city's most iconic landmarks, including the gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish quarter, and a fortress that offers stunning views of Fez el Bali, the old medina. Enjoy a walking tour to the famous Bab Bou Jeloud gate, where you can glimpse a part of the city that feels like it’s still in the Middle Ages. Enclosed by walls, the medina features hundreds of winding alleys filled with a vibrant mix of scents and flavors, making it a UNESCO World Heritage site. Next, arrive at a local palace for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to prepare one of Morocco's traditional dishes, couscous. Guests will assist the chefs in completing the dish before enjoying lunch at this venue. In the afternoon, visit nearby vineyards for a wine tasting session.

After breakfast, depart for Marrakech via the highway. A stop will be made in Casablanca, where you'll have free time for lunch and to explore the city. The tour includes visits to United Nations Square, the Habous Quarter, and the exterior of the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a city tour that begins at the magnificent Menara Gardens, known for their charming pavilion and numerous olive trees. Next, visit the exterior of the Koutoubia Minaret, which mirrors Seville's Giralda. In the historic part of the city, explore the Dar el Bacha Museum, celebrated for its stunning architecture. Conclude your morning at Jamaa el Fnaa square, one of Morocco's most fascinating locations, which provides access to the souks and medina. In the afternoon, visit various artisan guilds, including woodworkers, potters, tanners, and spice merchants. Additionally, stop by a riad in the medina, a traditional palace home, for a memorable experience: a traditional tea ceremony led by an expert. Here, you'll learn how to prepare this essential Moroccan beverage, a vital aspect of the country's culture.

After breakfast, depart early for Rabat, the capital of the country. Your visit will include stops at the gates of the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, and the Hassan Tower.

After breakfast, depart for Tangier. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of Cape Spartel, follow the palace route, and visit the Kasbah, which once served as a stronghold for the city's residents against pirate attacks centuries ago. Afterward, transfer to the Tangier port for a fast catamaran ride to Tarifa, followed by onward travel to Malaga.

After breakfast, embark on a tour of Malaga to discover its historical and cultural landmarks. The city is rich with history, showcasing remnants from various eras, including the magnificent Roman theatre and the Arab influences of the Alcazaba and the Castle of Gibralfaro. Next, continue your journey to Granada, nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada between the Darro and Genil rivers, which is considered one of the jewels of Andalusia. Here, the remarkable Andalusian heritage, epitomized by the Alhambra, is enhanced by beautiful Renaissance architectural treasures. You’ll also be able to learn flamenco dancing before enjoying a dinner accompanied by a flamenco show at one of Granada's most traditional venues. After dinner, don’t miss the chance to take in the stunning views of Granada from one of the city’s scenic viewpoints
