Very efficient luggage transfer. Good selection of accommodation from superb to average. No one tells you Sarria, the starting point for our trip, is almost impossible to get to and we had to get a very expensive taxi. The walking was much less challenging than we had been led to believe. The portal worked very well and the maps were great, although you'd be hard pushed to get lost with all the signage. Would do it again and from another direction as Santiago is one of the great destinations. Spend a couple of days there after the walk.

Good info and preparation details. Helpful communication. Luggage transfer and accommodation all worked smoothly. Online map link (GPX) really useful and worked well in conjunction with daily notes - all good!

We did the 115km Sarria to Santiago walk over 6 days, self-guided. My husband and I had the most amazing time and would thoroughly recommend doing this walk to anyone. We saw mums with prams, older people and all ages on the walk. The organisation was seamless - good hotels, good food, no problem with suitcase transport. One hotel was 7km away from the end of the day's walk (and instructions were to call them for a pickup) and the only issue we had was in trying to contact the hotel with only an eSIM card as they had no WhatsApp option (so I'd suggest changing this). I also want to point out that although the official distance advertised is 115km, it is actually closer to 130km (measured on Strava).

Good choice for hotels, food, and hiking tracks. Add-ons possible to the daily tracks. The only problem was the bad weather conditions, but even so, the tour was enjoyable with the right equipment.

The walk lived up to all expectations and the accommodation was comfortable and appreciated at the end of a long day of walking. While dinner was provided for most locations and satisfied a walker's hunger, sadly many of the establishments failed to showcase the food of Portugal and Spain.

Everything went very smoothly on my walk from León to Santiago de Compostela, to complete the French Camino route I started in 2023. Many thanks to the local partner, and the luggage transport team. Your expertise and efficiency made it an extremely enjoyable experience.
