I booked the France-UK tour through a different Tour provider. I was surprised to be endorsed to Europamundo as this was the first time Ive heard about the company. I was delighted to learn more about Europamundo tour packages and will consider booking through them directly for future trips. The traveler packet containing itinerary, hotels and tour options are laid out well, providing clear and concise details. == Feedback for Mr. Raimundo, English Tour conductor: Given the unique circumstance where I was the solo English-speaking traveler among the group of Spanish and Portuguese travelers, Raimundo was able to effectively communicate the schedule and itinerary description in English while teaming up with the lead guide, Mr. Marcelo, to ensure optimal travel experience by the entire group. It was a pleasure and privilege to have Raimundo as a Tour guide, as he expressed care and concern to me and to the group throughout his service. His enthusiastic, can-do and lets-go spirit made the tour more fun and enjoyable. He is meticulous with the traveler requirements, such as ensuring that my ticket was purchased for the dfds ride. He is always willing to assist, give recommendation and even take creative shots. It was nice of him to go the extra mile and to provide the best possible tour experience. As his assignment did not reach until the last leg of my trip, Marcelo made up for the English spiel and communicated it well. Marcelo assisted me until I get through to my next destination. He is eager to help in ways he can. == Areas for improvement: The traveler information url is not using secured channel and is easily accessed on any browser. I would recommend using 2FA, bound to the travelers email to secure sensitive information relative to the traveler. The trip itinerary consisted a mix of location where the bus will pass through or a photo stop. It will be beneficial to know which location can the bus stop for photos by indicating it on the itinerary. • On one of the tour evening, there was an event on the itinerary location blocking the roads from traffic, causing some conflict with the schedule and bus accessibility. Travelers were inconvenienced and situation could have been mitigated if the agency had moved the dinner venue that is accessible by bus and as advised by the lead guide. I feel Europamundo as a company should have been able to make adjustments as deemed necessary and prioritize the well-being and safety of the travelers. Mr. Marcelo, the lead guide, handled the situation well to the best of his ability and went above and beyond his role to accommodate the travelers needs while coordinating with the driver for the closest pickup point, despite of the difficult situation he was put in due to the conflicting event. I commend Marcelo for his professionalism and utmost care in dealing with the situation while maintaining a positive and composed demeanor. His level of skill and critical thinking are worth noting of. == Overall experience: My first time to travel with Europamundo started and ended on a positive note. I would recommend it to family and friends in North America, where the marketing has not reached much visibility at this time. My trip was memorable as the tour guides gave top quality service and provided a well-rounded experience in line with the itinerary package by Europamundo.

Safe driving everywhere. Excellent tour guide whose name is Marcia. She is very well organized and witty. so fun to have a professional tour guide and drive.

It was a spectacular trip from the moment of the reservation, the speed in the confirmation, the efficiency of the customer service, always answering my questions, upon our arrival in Paris, our driver Anouar sent us messages from the day before, confirming the details for our transfer to the hotel. The hotels were very comfortable, although the one in London was a little far from the city, all the tours were very organized thanks to our guide Clara Ruiz and our super punctual tour companions, that allowed everything to go very well. We are totally grateful to Europamundo and Tour Radar for so wonderful vacation

Travel information very informative. Our guide Linus was amazing and tried to make sure everyone was happy. Nothing was too much trouble.

This trip covers the cities travelled very well in the time allowed and our guide was very good.

The activities on our first day were cancelled, so we had to find something to do ourselves and pay for our own transportation. Not a great start. The second day we were confused on finding our tour guide, because we had received no information on where to find him. After a stressful morning, we finally got with our group and started the tour. From there on everything was either fine or great and met/exceeded expectations. There just needs to be better communication from the start.

This tour enabled us to see numerous sites in a short amount of time. The tour bus was comfortable and the accommodations throughout our trip were good.

EUROPE

The trip was very hilarious, well organized, more than what I expected,, Fellow travellers from different countries were friendly. Belen and Jeremias were very supportive, I give them thumbs up. I will go Solo Travelling Again No fear, I was in good hands. thanks BELEN, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Our tourist guide Gonzalo was SUPERB Second tourist guide, named Pablo was bery lousy and irresponsible. A group of Indians from Bangalore were very inconsiderate of others. They made the entire bus like a market.
