My daughter and I spent 9 days of this amazing trip in South Korea. Our main guide, Mr. Jade Kim, was absolutely amazing and made sure that we experienced a true taste of Korean culture, nature and cuisine. His insights and assistance only served to enrich the experience. The travel arrangements made were fantastic. It was well organized and they truly tried to curate a trip that reflected what we were seeking to get out of it.

My sister and I spent this unforgettable trip to Vietnam and Thailand. One of the highlights of our trip was the knowledgeable local guides. They were passionate about their cultures and shared fascinating stories about the history and traditions of both Vietnam and Thailand. Our tour guide Ray took good care of us throughout the trip, whether it was dietary preferences or itinerary planning, everything was done according to our requirements. My partner and I did the Phillipines West tour and I can say it was the best decision we’ve ever made. We had Jay as our tour leader who exceeded every expectation of what a tour leader should be, he was knowledgeable, funny, kind, fun and always made sure everyone was having the best time. We made amazing friends on this trip who you get close with so quickly. We started our trip in Manila then headed to Port Barton which was super beautiful, relaxing and fun. We spent a day island hoping which was the most fun, we also went out for dinner and did karaoke which was so fun as well. We then went to El Nido which again was super duper beautiful and had a great nightlife here we spent my favourite day island hoping where I never wanted to leave. We spent a night doing a castaway experience which was really cool living the true island life. Coron was our last stop on the West which was again stunning we did another island hoping. Id recommend this trip to anyone able to travel it is the best thing you’ll ever do the I will miss the Philippines and can’t wait to go back!!

We had such a lovely time on our overnight cruise on Halong Bay. In the middle of a busy sightseeing holiday, it was great to get away from the city and enjoy a more relaxed day and night on the water. The trip to the cave and beach were well planned. We always arrived before the other tour boats so we got a more quiet experience and a bit more time to take in the surroundings without loads of tourists. This was especially noticed on our morning kayaking trip. We got to see the cove and monkeys basically on our own only 20 minutes before loads of boats started coming in. Apart from the adventures, the food on the cruise was really lovely. The crew was always working to make sure you had everything you needed but it was really the cruise manager that blew us away. He was exceptionally great at his job. From receiving us off the bus and getting us onto the cruise to leading us on every adventure and even leading the cooking class with a special demonstration of how to cut flowers from vegetables, we were amazed. He was up by 6AM in the morning and working at the bar til at least 11PM. A hard worker yet he was always bringing energy to conversations and adventures while cracking jokes along the way. We loved this cruise and would recommend to anyone looking to see Halong Bay.

I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone and everyone. I did the two-day one-night cruise and I absolutely loved it. Kayaking, swimming and cooking class all included. Our tour guides Tim and Duc were such gentleman. Hana in the travel agent's office messaged me before, during and after the trip to make sure I was satisfied with everything. She really cared that everyone had the best experience possible and she couldn't do enough for us all. Great for all ages! 10/10

The itinerary covers the many interesting parts of Australia and internal flights are included in the price. We stayed at very good hotels, breakfast included and in great locations, withing walking distance to major attractions. Our tour director was exceptional, one of the best we ever had in a tour, very professional and knowledgeable and the coach drivers were very guides too when we took extra trips. The final 4 days are in Sydney and the location of the Intercontinental Hotel could not be better, plus the hotel is excellent. All the little details, dinners included in great restaurants, sunset watching in Uluru with drinks and snacks in the middle of the dessert. It was an amazing trip.

Our trip to Australia with Luxury Gold was an excellent experience, it was a very busy itinerary, but it allowed us to see a lot of what Australia has to offer. The whole schedule was put together exceptionally well, and our Tour Manager was very attentive and looked after us throughout the trip. Our favourite hotel was The Reef Hotel, The Langham was also exceptional. The only part we would change, would be the trip to the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, as the visit to the Chocolate experience was not for us. In hindsight we would rather have spent the day at leisure in Melbourne. Every other aspect of the trip was spot on, we loved it.

Fantastic itinerary covering the major sights, incredible palaces, spectacular forts, and beautiful temples of the ‘Golden Triangle’ Rajasthan. Luxurious beautiful hotels, all diverse in size and style and even one where we arrived and departed by private boat! Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff in traditional dress. Some of the hotels performed a traditional scarf ceremony or beautiful flower necklaces with traditional music. A few of the hotels surprised us with rose petals which were sprinkled from high above onto us as we entered! Yes there was the opposite end of the spectrum where in the big cities horns were blowing and scooters were everywhere zigzagging and livestock sometimes laying in the middle of the road. I must say it was all fascinating creating a lot of laughs and part of the experience of India. The itinerary included experiences were great! The places we visited were incredibly beautiful, such diverse architecture, decoration and history. The Taj Mahal sends shivers when you first see it and seems surreal. The sunrise casting a beautiful golden light onto the buildings was sublime. Our Tuk Tuk tour through New Delhi, and our jeep journey through the dunes at sunset with our evening dinner (with entertainment) in the middle of the dunes was fantastic! The mix of the big city, villages, countryside, hilltop fortresses, lakes, forests and sand dunes really gave a great diversity of experiences. We even had monkeys in the trees above us during lunch one day! Our coach was very comfortable and spacious and appreciated the endless bottled water on board. Enjoyed the commentary and care given by our Travelling Concierge who was very helpful with every request. India for me was a country filled with a rainbow of bright color and very lovely and beautiful people who were so polite and friendly with gorgeous smiles! That is one of my big takeaways from this trip. Well done Luxury Gold it was a great holiday and would not hesitate to travel with you again!

My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.

All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. Most favorable is our tour director, Huy. He made this trip. I would highly recommend this tour and I would also say anyone who gets Huy as the tour manager is promised a GREAT trip. He is the BEST Tour manager I have ever experienced. I learned so much from him about Vietnam...he was extremely organized, knowledgeable and funny. He cared about each and every one of us on the tour and added such a personal touch to our experience. We were all very sad when he left us in Bangkok to return to his home and family. Because of Huy, I will travel with Collette again soon. Thank you for hiring the BEST. As far as hotels, all were nice. I do think The Muse (Bangkok) was too dark. I need a brighter more contemporary environment. It was difficult to see in the lobby and rooms. The amount of cash required for tipping was way too much. It would be more pleasant if it was all included with an option of giving more if we felt the service was exceptional. (i.e. Huy was exceptional, Chan in Cambodia was also exceptional) The Vespa tour was great fun and a highlight of this trip. I always thought Vietnam was a one and done destination but because of Huy, I hope to travel there again and with Collette someday! I took 1000 photos and met the most wonderful people in our tour. Each day the hiking was different. The logistics were well covered- hauling our luggage from hotel to hotel and showing up with rides to our hikes. The hotels were all very comfortable. I would recommend using this company for hiking trips.

My wife and I had an incredible time on our Backroads of Japan tour. This was our first ever international trip, and even with booking a tour, we weren't sure what to expect. Fortunately, our tour guide was simply phenomenal. He was perfectly fluent in Japanese and English, knowledgeable in every facet of the country (down to the geology!), attentive to the needs of our very diverse group, and knew every nook and rest stop along every trail we hiked. Overall, I made friends and many more memories through this unforgettable itinerary, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience Japan for the first time.
