Luxury Gold had their own bus which was an advantage as we were a small group and could spread out. A great driver and a knowledgeable friendly tour guide/concierge. We visited a lot of important tourist sites in Portugal and Coimbra with the outstanding university library was a highlight. Algarve was good to see the ocean. The hotels were mostly very good 2 not so but comfortable enough for the short stay. The dinners included in the tour were very good. A well put together itinerary.

I loved seeing so many cities. I would have liked another night in Evora at the convent instead of two nights in Lisbon. I appreciate the organization and pre purchased entries to the museums etc. The lunch with the musicians was really special. More events like that would be welcome rather than cathedrals. I enjoyed the local guides and their knowledge. The hotels were wonderful and amazing breakfasts. The dinners out were very rich! Perhaps some dinners could be at the hotels or nearby so you don’t have to get back on the bus. In the evening

Joel, our tour director, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job with minor adjustments to the itinerary based upon unforeseen events. We very much enjoyed the sites we visited, the meals and hotels. The drivers also did an excellent job.

It is a great way to see as much of Italy as possible in under 2 weeks. The schedule is ambitious but I'm glad we got to see everything we did. The food and hotels were excellent. Our tour guide went above and beyond to enhance our experience and she gets a 5 star plus rating. Some sites in Italy draw large crowds of tourists and Luxury Gold gave us early or special access to avoid waiting in lines of people that didn't have that access

Great itinerary with superb experiences and top notch hotels. A small group which was perfect. A good balance between activities and leisure time to relax. Our tour concierge was charming and helpful. The driver was excellent and she had a delightful sense of humour.

It was a great itinerary. Very well thought out with enough bathroom breaks. Hotels were beautiful.
