Vietnam 3-Day Tours and Trips

We had such a lovely time on our overnight cruise on Halong Bay. In the middle of a busy sightseeing holiday, it was great to get away from the city and enjoy a more relaxed day and night on the water. The trip to the cave and beach were well planned. We always arrived before the other tour boats so we got a more quiet experience and a bit more time to take in the surroundings without loads of tourists. This was especially noticed on our morning kayaking trip. We got to see the cove and monkeys basically on our own only 20 minutes before loads of boats started coming in. Apart from the adventures, the food on the cruise was really lovely. The crew was always working to make sure you had everything you needed but it was really the cruise manager that blew us away. He was exceptionally great at his job. From receiving us off the bus and getting us onto the cruise to leading us on every adventure and even leading the cooking class with a special demonstration of how to cut flowers from vegetables, we were amazed. He was up by 6AM in the morning and working at the bar til at least 11PM. A hard worker yet he was always bringing energy to conversations and adventures while cracking jokes along the way. We loved this cruise and would recommend to anyone looking to see Halong Bay.

Tan, our guide was superb at navigating his way road the country lanes. We had a wonderful mixture of cycling, visiting local people, stopping at local businesses and great food. It all worked wonderfully well, Tan was great.

Did the Mekong Delta tour on 12th March, had fabulous time, Guide Hai was terrific the whole time and all travel, accommodation, and food was excellent. The other couple Michael and Geeta from Denmark were great company! Thank you very much.

Our guide Tung was fabulous and added great insights about the people and way of life in the Delta. We visited a number of great spots and lunches were delicious. Seeing the delta both by road and boat was fantastic and the hotels included were very nice

Amazing way to see the countryside of Vietnam. Our guide, Xuyen, was fantastic sharing knowledge of Vietnamese culture at every turn. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour and hope to do another sometime soon. Xuyen was a truly amazing guide. He gave us such individual attention whilst still being in a group. He got to know us and catered the tour to us. We were quite sad when the tour ended and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The accommodation was just as advertised, the boat was very well presented, clean and excellent facilities. Very pleased with the room. I woke up on the second morning to find they had been up all night and replaced the carpets in some of the public areas!!? The dining area was a lovely place to sit and eat, the food was fabulous, and lots of it too. You kind of expect good service, but the staff on board were exceptional and such good fun too, singing and dancing behind the bar 🙂 Tequila (his name!) went out of his way to make sure everything was alright. I would definitely recommend this trip and also for 2 days. The second day is full of things to do and you're also away from the really busy tourist bits that can only sail so far for one night onboard. I will book again when I return, its fabulous.
