My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. This was indeed a fantastic tour.

All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. The last 10 days in Cambodia (and the previous 11 in Vietnam) with Intro Travel and Bela as our guide have been incredible. She is everything you could hope for in a guide, encouraging but never pushy, fun but always responsible and wise beyond her years. Charlie you were alright too :) Cambodia is an incredible country and this trip was the perfect way to see it, a solid mix of cities, history, islands and temples. Some days are full-on, some chill, but you;ll enjoy every moment and it will fly by. Miss it already.
