PremierVietnam was lovely, wished I had more time to chill. Tours were great but tiring given the weather. Next time, I will do the half a day tours & explore on my own. Certificate of Best-in-ClassPremierMy husband and I usually go on self guided bicycling vacations. Choose this one because its the route I wanted without any planning hassles. It was a great choice. It was fantastic that we had a group leader, named Son, and his team Lee, Tee and Saow, who planed every detail. They got us out of the crazy busy cities by their bus/van. Routes were well planned and it was impossible to get lost. We had faster riders in the front and Lee in the back. Then Tee drove ahead and stood at every intersection to make sure we were all heading in the right direction. There were snack, water, and bathroom breaks. All breakfasts and lunches were included. Most dinners/not all were on our own . However Son always had great recommendations for restaurants . Couldn't have asked for a better staff leader. Son was always organized and as he said 100 times. Enjoy yourself and safety first. He and his crew handled everything. Literally, no stress. Eat ,ride, eat ride, look at the wonderful scenery, and wave to all of the kids and people who say hello and wave at us as we ride by. The Vietnamese people were so welcoming.

We have just returned from this amazing trip. Vietnam certainly lived up to and possibly exceeded our expectations. Vietnam is such a beautiful country - a true feast for the senses, so vibrant and joyful. The Vietnamese people are truly warm, friendly and engaging. The cycling landscape was very varied through some busy towns, quiet villages, breathtaking scenery and alongside endless rice fields. The organisation of this trip was truly remarkable thanks to the professional skills of our group leader Son. He absolutely is the best group leader we have ever met on our trips. Unfortunately, I had an accident half way through the holiday but I have nothing but praise for our wonderful leader Son. He showed such professionalism alongside care, support and empathy, as did all the support team - Lee the mechanic, Tee and Saow our driver. I could not fault any of the team and I felt so lucky to have the love and support of the group members. The accident did not ruin my trip. I feel so blessed to have seen so much of this beautiful country. Our hotel rooms were fantastic with available conditioning and a swimming pool available in most of them . Whale Island was beautiful. The overnight train was an interesting experience and Halong Bay at the end was beautiful.

A huge thank you to our guides for making our vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia truly memorable. Upon arriving in Bangkok, we received efficient and professional support. I especially enjoyed the wild experience at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. I was really looking forward to the lantern release experience in Chiang Mai, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, overall, it was okay. I booked this trip because I couldn’t decide between Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, and this tour covered all three, which made it really easy. Each country had its own image so it felt like I got to take three different trips in one go. Vietnam was lively and full of energy. Hanoi was busy, but fun to walk around, and the street food was amazing. The cruise in Ha Long Bay was peaceful, and the views were beautiful. Cambodia was slower paced, and seeing Angkor Wat in person was a big highlight for me—it’s huge and has so much history. Bangkok had great temples and food and then Phuket gave us the beach time we needed at the end. It was perfect! well-organized tour. I’d recommend it for sure.

This tour felt like a crash course in Southeast Asia, but in a good way. I wasn’t sure how much ground we could realistically cover in just over a week but this trip proved you don’t need a month to experience something meaningful. Everything was well-organized. What stood out most to me was how different Vietnam and Cambodia felt, even though they’re neighbors. Hanoi was buzzing with life..scooters zipping by, food stalls everywhere, and this mix of modern and old that was fascinating to watch. Our guide helped us navigate the chaos in a way that made it feel approachable rather than overwhelming. Then, just when things felt fast-paced we got a breather on the Ha Long Bay cruise. Being out on the water was peaceful, the views were unreal. In Cambodia, Angkor Wat was the big draw, and yes, it was absolutely worth it. But what I didn’t expect was how much I enjoyed the in-between moments. And while there’s always a lot of walking on these kinds of trips, the pace felt doable, even for those of us who aren’t exactly as young as me (53 :p) Would I do it again? Definitely. The trip left me feeling like I got a true taste of two cultures.
