Fantastic Group / incredible experiences

Each day the hiking was different. The logistics were well covered- hauling our luggage from hotel to hotel and showing up with rides to our hikes. The hotels were all very comfortable. I would recommend using this company for hiking trips.

My wife and I had an incredible time on our Backroads of Japan tour. This was our first ever international trip, and even with booking a tour, we weren't sure what to expect. Fortunately, our tour guide was simply phenomenal. He was perfectly fluent in Japanese and English, knowledgeable in every facet of the country (down to the geology!), attentive to the needs of our very diverse group, and knew every nook and rest stop along every trail we hiked. Overall, I made friends and many more memories through this unforgettable itinerary, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience Japan for the first time.

We visited Western Cyprus in early November and found it hotter than we expected, which made the walking a little more arduous. The scenery on the Northern side of the Akamas Peninsula was beautiful with aromatic pine forests and lovely views. The accommodation was excellent and the transfers were perfectly organised. Overall a lovely early winter break.

Our guide Anan Sharma was fantastic, full of knowledge and experience. Anan and his team were fantastic. Accommodation & meal arrangements were great.

A beautiful trip, though sometimes quite challenging, particularly due to difficult and unexpected weather conditions (fresh snow). The team (guides, porters, etc.) was simply wonderful, very professional, very friendly and always ready and happy to help. On top, the cook and its kitchen boys make miracles, three hot meals a day with plenty of hot water and tea, fresh coffee at breakfast, dishes that are always delicious, varied and very clean. We can only feel completely safe, whatever the circumstances, when we are accompanied by such a professional team.

Our 12-day self-guided tour from St Ives to Mevagissey was everything we hoped it would be! The scenery was so dramatic, and the path was rugged and challenging, the views from the cliffs of the water and the sky were delightful and gave us peace and a sense of wonder. Our accommodations were wonderful, and we ate some very good food at them. We had a long year of personal loss, and it was the best place to help us heal. We are never disappointed when we travel with them, they are always just what we need.

What a great walk in the Himalayas! This is our third trek in Nepal and each on has been totally different but we have loved them all. Fantastic crew, good food as always and the accommodations ranged from eco-camps that were great to tea houses that we really enjoyed.

Rishi was the ideal guide: patient, attentive, and always prioritizing our safety. The Sherpa team set a steady, manageable pace and showed remarkable patience throughout. The cook and his team were outstanding, providing plenty of healthy, delicious, and safe meals regardless of the conditions. The porters were exceptional too, handling camp setup and pack-down in challenging weather with professionalism and care. The only downside? The two long travel days to reach the trailhead—but the breathtaking scenery and warm, welcoming people made it absolutely worth it.
