Portugal and its Islands

Our tour manager Jose was fantastic! Accommodations were lovely and meals delicious. Tours were very insightful and learned so much history and culture of Portugal. Espeically loved visiting the islands, the Azores and Madeira are beautiful!

This was my first tour experience, and it included everything that makes trips memorable. Jose is the perfect guide. The weather was beautiful and temperate every day. The transportation , accommodations, and food were great. All the optional activities were chosen with care for a variety of levels and interests. I hope to see my new friends on the next Collette tour!

The tour was fantastic! The itinerary was a wonderful mix of history, culture and fun. The hotels were nice/clean and all provided excellent buffets for breakfast. The other restaurants the tour included were all first rate. The tour handled all of our transfers from place to place which reduced all of my stress/anxiety. Everything was seemless I would gladly take another Collette tour in the future.

Lush and green. Many memories, too many to mention. Get trip. Great itinerary. Beautiful hotels and restaurants selected. Bus was very comfortable. Happy to have seen so much of the islands. Perfect.

The basket ride in Madeira was great, seeing how our fuernas lunch was cooked was unique. The drives along the shores of the islands was breathtaking. I also liked trying all the different foods of the islands The people of Portugal were wonderful——. Helpful, friendly and very nice.
