Our recent tour of France, Switzerland, and Italy was nothing short of magical experience and we owe it all to the incredible team at Europamundo. From start to finish, they delivered a seamless, enriching, and luxurious travel experience that far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the trip, the logistics were flawless. transportation was punctual, hotels were 4* comfortable and top quality, and local guides were passionate and deeply knowledgeable. My review would be incomplete without mentioning the names of Silvia and Pedro Most importantly, Europumando made us feel truly cared for.

The trip was enjoyable. the phase of the tour was ok except that we were not able to fully enjoy the places that we went thru because some would require tickets. Had the agency offered or advised us if they could buy tickets for us in advance, it would have been a more worthwhile.

The trip was very enjoyable. It was just unfortunate that for some of the places we went to, we were not able to enter as tickets are necessary.

I really love Silvia, she is very accommodating and jolly, all of us in our bus really love her. Even if there some problems encountered she handled it well. I asked the other clients and on our same bus, even if they want to get mad they cannot because they love Sylvia. Hehehe. For free lunch at Lucerne, it is very little for the adults, it is like a kiddie meal. For the city tour in paris, please indicate in itinerary that it was a bus tour, because some of the clients expecting they will get-off the bus to take picture on some of historical spots, some of them did not expect that the bus will just rome around while the guide explaining the history of the spots. For the hotel: I asked also the other clients, they like the hotel they stayed at Paris/France. Lyon is not ok, the ambiance is gloomy according to them. Ibis styles is so minimal at socket in rooms. The other hotel is ok with them specially in paris with big rooms and Harrys Home as it is very near tram station. Ibis style is far in restaurants, some of the clients are tired already and dont have enough energy to walk to go to the restaurants to eat dinner. But over all the tour is enjoyable.

Daily tours were starting earlier than mentioned in detailed itinerary.

Sufficient free time was available.

Hi Ms Khan, Thank you for checking on us and our trip. Generally, the trip was well planned and executed. However, the following could be improved. Here is my feedback. Transport transfer on day 1 - The driver brought a small 2 seater car to fetch us and another family, leaving us to squeeze like a sardine with little ventilation. Paris and Switerland, the tour was well executed with little glitches. We did not have much time at Luzern to do shopping as promised. We were only given 45 mins, which is only sufficient to buy our lunch and get back to the coach. The hotel at Switzerland was also not good as it was dirty. You may have integrated Mt Titlis in the tour instead of making it an optional tour. As for Italy , I was very upset with the tour leader Raid as he was full of sarcasm. He did not plan the journey well as he did not give us time for lunch or dinner. He reaches Milan at 7 pm, where the church is already close, and the shops are also im the verge of closing. The coach used in Italy to bring us around is meant for kids instead of adult. The lady driver put our lives in risk. If missed The bus would have toppled from the cliff. She does not know the places well, wasted time. I hope future tours could be better. Thank you. Kumutha

The trip was fine since it was our first trip I enjoyed the places.

it was average experience as a teenager travelling with my parents , few places were very much covered but thought few more could be covered considering Eiffel tower was covered unnecessarily twice once in even and next day morning , the evening trip was just for photos from back side instead of this we could have covered some other spot in PARIS

Overall I will rate the trip 3.5 over 5. The trip did not cover most of the sight seeing places that we were really looking forward too. The trip guides moreover informed us in the BUS about the visit and we had to manage ourselves. Free food in Grindelwoods was a joke even our hotel breakfast was better.

Experience is unforgetable. It was so happy with very accomodating tour guide and driver. Hotel and food are okay. We will travel again using Europamundo

The tourist guide is so accomodating and helpful. Hotels are good and bus has comfortable seats. Package tour price is affordable. Europamundo is a good company. We will be using the company in our succeeding trips.

My experience with Europamundos tour of Europe was nothing short of extraordinary. From the picturesque landscapes of France to the majestic beauty of Switzerland and the cultural richness of Italy, every moment was a joyful treasure. The itinerary was meticulously planned, allowing us to explore each destination thoroughly while also providing ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. I would recommend booking a pre-night and doing the Disney tour, as well as booking a post-night in Rome at the end of the tour, as I felt there was more to explore in Rome. Despite an unfortunate situation in Paris, where I lost my backpack with my laptop and personal belongings in the hotel lobby, the tour manager, Eric, helped log a complaint at the police station in the next city. The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing their expertise, enhancing our understanding and appreciation of each location. I must especially commend the tour managers, Ms. Yurena and Ms. Marina, whose exceptional dedication and care truly made the journey unforgettable. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth enriched our experience and left a lasting impression. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver in France Mr Arturo not sure if i got his name correct. He was very kind and always greeted us with a smile. He went above and beyond by helping the elderly passengers, lending his hand to assist them in getting down from the bus. The accommodations were comfortable, and the transportation was seamless. I would highly recommend Europamundo to anyone seeking an unforgettable journey through Europe for an affordable price. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional staff truly set them apart. Thank you, Europamundo, for an adventure that will remain etched in my memories forever. The guides who conducted the tour were very friendly and did a great job of sticking to the itinerary and being flexible where needed - cheers to Yurena and Marina who were my favourites
