It was a nice experience

Overall it was excellent experience

Javier, our tour guide was excellent Very kind,knowledgeable,patient and simply wonderful A gem to your company Drivers was also fantastic Overall, just wasnt happy with Mercurekinda old, Appartcity had a spacious room but was too dark. Harrys home was the best clean,spacious rooms, reception people was very kind and the breakfast lounge was always clean.

Travel experience was good

I have memorable and good travel experience with europamundo from July 22, 2023 to July 30, 2023 France Switzerland. Only problem, we faced is we are really worried and anxious about reaching the correct destination, when tour guide gave us opportunity to wander in some unknown places. This affected our peace of mind and it cause hindrance to explore those places to our level best. No other concerns felt.

The trip was arranged well though there were few hiccups with respect to the accommodation confirmation and updates about it to the guide. We enjoyed the tour throughly. The journeys were smooth and had enough rest stops.

The hotel in lyon terrible Please edit the program no need to visit lyon can be replace by annecy or chamoneh Going back to paris was so longe by bus It would be better to go by plan or train

We got an excellent guide Mr.Javier Villodre. He was thorough with places and gave us detailed descriptions about the places before visiting. The bus driver was also friendly. The travel agency we booked from India SOTC was not good enough. We had to run last minute to get our documents in ready.They even told us the trip includes Disney land visit. But Mr.Javier told this was not informed beforehand. We understand that due to pandemic there is problems but SOTC was not fair enough to coordinate things. Also we as a family were put in different floors of hotel at Paris the first day. Later Mr.Javier helped us out and sorted that. Europmunda tour arrangements was excellent and Mr. Javier was very helpful and kind. Thank you Europamunda.
