Very knowledgeable tour guides, excellent hotels that were picked. Nice restaurants, I feel it was first class all the way. First time out of the country and my wife and I were extremely pleased we picked trafalgar. Thank you.

Make the most of every optional excursión, you see and learn so much with the local specialists. Worth the expense. and are absolute experts in their field of work and make the trip an exceptional joy. No worries of any kind. A few people in the group got sick and always had the “cure”. Whether it be a doctor or some other way of feeling better. Italian Glory was a fabulous way to see the main points of Italy. We went in August and was extremely hot, but still managed to have a spectacular trip. Pack light and buy what you need along the trip because you’ll Just want to bring a bit of Italy home with you. Well done Trafalgar!

Our Travel Director, was amazing. It was a pleasant surprise to learn he had 31 years of experience in travel and tourism industry. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to each member of our tour group. On a personal note, even though our group was small (about 25 people), we got to know each other well and left the tour as friends, including our bus driver . It was an unforgettable experience, that I will treasure. I will proudly recommend to anyone of Trafalgar's "Italian Glory", and especially , for as long as he is a guide working for Trafalgar.

This was an excellent tour that enabled us to visit multiple cities spanning from northern to southern Italy at a pace that wasn’t too fast. This tour gave us the opportunity to visit all the important historical sites that were either included or offered via optional experiences. Aldo, the dinners offered through optional experiences were AMAZING!

Great variety of Italian locations. Good hotels. At least two nights stays(as well as a three 3 night stays) that made packing and unpacking much better than one night stays. Knowledgeable tour guide and very professional driver. It was a great tour with my wife and our two granddaughters.

The itinerary was great. A nice balance of moving from place to place while still having some time on our own when we needed it. Very well-thought out. Our travel director, combined with some amazing dinner locations, provided some experiences that we will never forget.

This was a wonderful tour. It covers many of the "must see" places in Italy. There is a lot of walking and stairs involved so be prepared. Our tour director was very helpful with keeping us informed and on schedule. He went over and above his duties to keep everyone happy. The bus driver was always prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the whole tour & we went on all the excursions to see as much as possible with the local tour guides. We started early in the morning to see the different sights while it was not too hot but by the afternoon the heat kicked in. The tour director & guides were helpful by trying to keep us as comfortable as possible during the heat wave. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see a lot of Italy in 12 days. We loved all of the places we visited but especially Venice & Tuscany.

The Italian Glory had a great Itinerary that took you all over but gave you a chance to explore by having more than one night in each city. I think after doing this tour I could go back to the city and feel more confident to navigate them on my own.

The tour should *INCLUDE* all the optional experiences!! They should not be optional! Why on earth would you want to miss out on ANY of them? Because you can’t afford it? Or you’re too tired? Then you should select another tour (don’t they offer “cost saver” tours?) Maybe instead: consider them being included in the tour, but you have the option to OPT OUT OF one or two of them.

Great trip very informative and fun.

This is the absolute best way to see the most sights of Italy. You're on the go at a decent pace throughout the trip with some off time to enjoy they way you want. Our guide was the best in the business. Nothing ever frazzled him, he was the utmost professional every single minute. He even repaired my busted zipper on my big suitcase upon arrival & worked at it until it was operational again. Saved me big time!

Fantastic locations visited. Great sites well planned love the meals at the Tuscan villas.

Excellent way to explore Italy!

We chose to do all the additional experiences which does make it busy but well worth it. The dinners out with entertainment were great fun.

It was an excellent itinerary covering manyvof the most important must-see sights.

The only thing that I found hard was that the hotels some were not open to the bus for pick up. I think that they should be chosen where we don’t have to climb hills or walk down to get on. One last thing is that the meats served were see through. Porcetta was a joke. Steak was as well.

Our trip was fabulous! and did an amazing job helping us explore Italy. Our trip was chock full of experiences and highlights. I feel we got to experience so much of Italian culture and history…well done.

You get to see so many beautiful sites and all the worry about tickets and lines is handled by the Travel Director. All the places you are seeing are enhanced by the local guides

Excellent itinerary, travel guide, bus driver, and excursions.

I felt there wasn’t enough down time after excursions. Too much traveling on the bus. Instead of killing a day on the bus , it would be nicer traveling late afternoon and the morning could have been spent at the city we were at. It would have given us more time in the cities.

Perfectly planned. We are so happy we traveled with Trafalgar! They planned everything to maximize our experience. We were with a great group of people and the best travel guide . We got to experience Italy in a way only an experience travel company could provide. Trip of a lifetime.
