Hi Just a feedback on the transfers for your kind attention. The transfer to and from the airport at Paris was extremely short of expectations. 1. From Paris airport to hotel, while the flight landed at 8:04 PM at Paris and i was out at Arrival hall after immigration and collecting luggage by 8:25, i was informed on enquiring (since I did not see anyone from the transport company) that since the flight arrives at 8 PM, their service is at 9 PM. In fact i was questioned how i was out in 25 mins. This is absurd way of treating and wastage of time. I waited for 30 additional minutes and reached hotel at 10 PM which could have been slightly earlier, 2. On outbound from Paris hotel to Airport, the initial time for pick up was shared as 5:30 AM, whereas my flight was at 10:30 AM! Time taken to reach airport max is 45 mins. So i changed the same to 6:45 AM. Prior to day of departure and even morning of day of departure i was informed that driver would arrive by 7 AM. Accordingly i was ready and waiting since 6:45 nevertheless.. when driver did not arrive by 7 AM, i enquired again and was informed that he would arrive by 7:30 AM. Since it is expected to be prudent to reach airport 3 hours prior to departure, again this would have been late to airport. Subsequently, i had to remake alternate arrangements (Uber) to reach on time. I believe, you/ MMT should take this up with Europamundo for better services next tome. Also on the overall scheme of the package, 1. Some of the hotels left a lot desired - Caen (A/c issue), Novotel Paris Est (3-5 June) was a twin bed room and half the things were broken AND hotel at Rocamoadour made me change rooms twice since A/c was not working, 2. The trip was a drag with too many days spent on visiting Chateaus - count could probably be limited. 3. Some of the places had nothing to do or visit like Collonges-la- Rouges Overall this would be a 3.5 / 5 kind of a score on overall terms from Europamundo side.

When I booked the trip back in January, the agency or Europamundo should advise about the olímpics in July that was something didn’t allow us to be able to do a lot of things in Paris. In addition, when I was booking I didn’t have any help showing us additional options out of tours in the website, but during the trip I found people with different itineraries and for us other options should be better. Even if we are buying thru an agency we should be able to contact Europamundo to give more options.

We were rushed off the bus at the last stop, the Louvre. I left my cell phone on the bus accidentally, but quickly charged after the bus to try to retrieve it. Only two people were left on the bus the bus driver and our guide Christine.I called everyone two hours later to try to Retrieve my cell phone. My cell phone was never found nor returned. Someone from your service probably stole it gave it to a friend as Apple ID later contacted me as they wanted the code to open the phone Cost me almost 1000 to replace this iPhone 12. Where is my cell phone?

All the arrangements of the trip are clear in the application.

Excellent itinerary for a reasonable price. Travel agent’s ad indicated maximum 45 people on the tour but, at one time, number exceeded to almost 60.
