French and Swiss Spirit

My husband and I when traveling to Europe, we want to avail the tours from Europamundo. Aside from being a budget friendly tour, the flow of the itinerary and our guides are perfect.

Very organized and guides are well knowledgeable.

Travel agent fail to give us accurate info. Told us the first tour we chose wasnt available when it was. When reach to ask her to correct transfer info she said she would call back and never did. We had to pay and additional 39 when we already had paid 87 according to our invoice. We never heard back from Angela instead Gabriela the tour guide assisted us when ever we needed it. The bus driver Pedro was very careless with our luggage. My new luggage has scratches due to his carelessness. Gabriela was a great guide at all aspects.

Lunch and/ Dinner not provided. You should give options to provide that. As for the lunch at Grindelwald, didnt get a chance to select whether vegetarian/ non-vegetarian. Tour bus very clean, bus driver very good especially Martha I think thats her name, the lady driver. As for the tour guide Andrea, she tried her best to assist everyone. But can be improved. She walked quite fast, only sometimes turn around to check whether every one can follow her or not. There are older people that walk slow, she need to check. Next time you should include Versailles Palace entrance ticket and also the Louvre Museum entrance ticket.

I attended the French and Swiss Spirit tour and had an amazing time. The itinerary entailed the best places, and my tour guide - Albert - went above and beyond to summarize the associated history and significance of each place in great detail. He gave great recommendations for places to visit for our free time during the tour, and went as far as going off the itinerary to show us one historical site. I believe that Albert was what made this experience exceptional - he was energetic, inclusive, and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I really enjoyed our day trip to Grindelwald, Switzerland. The most beautiful place I have ever seen. I’m glad our tour guide Isabel gave us sufficient time to explore this most beautiful place.
