On the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside with multiple Coffee farms, dairy Farms, Tropical Flowers Nurseries, Strawberries Plantations, Cheese Factories, picturesque souvenir stores and small local vendors.

Once at the Poas Volcano National Park, we will walk to the crater. Poas Volcano is an active volcano, that has erupted 40 times since 1828. It has an elevation of 2.708 meter above sea level (8.885 feet). There are two crater lakes near the summit. The northern lake is known as the Laguna Caliente ("hot lagoon") and is located at a height of 2,300 m in a crater approximately 1.7 km wide and 290–300 m deep. It is one of the world's most acidic lakes and one of the largest crater in the world. Lake Botos, the southern lake, fills an inactive crater. It is surrounded by a cloud forest within the National Park boundaries.

Following the visit to the volcano we will continue to La Paz Waterfalls Gardens. La Paz Waterfall Gardens is the #1 Most Visited Privately Owned Ecological Attraction in Costa Rica featuring the best hiking near San José, the most famous waterfalls in Costa Rica, a private wildlife refuge center, it preserves over 100 species of animals, and an environmental education program.

With the fine attention and explanations of our naturalist tour guide, you will enjoy: Five waterfalls, cloud forest and rainforest, safe hiking trails, aviary with numerous species of birds, insect exhibit, butterfly observatory, capuchin (white-faced) monkeys, spider monkeys, hummingbird garden with 26 documented species, serpentarium (snake exhibit), jaguars, pumas, ocelots, margays, traditional typical house with petting zoo and ox cart, ranarium (frog exhibit), orchid exhibit, heliconia exhibit. After finishing all these unique Eco Attractions, and by the middle of the afternoon, return to your hotel in San Jose.

Your breath-taking adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel and a relaxing private drive through the wonderful Costa Rican countryside on an air-conditioned transportation and recent model deluxe vehicle or mini bus. Your guide will point out many sights of interest including coffee plantations, sugar cane and citrus plantations, diverse fruit stands and rural farming communities. You will be heading to Fortuna Town, about 2 hours and a half drive from San Jose. Upon arrival to the beautiful property of Mistiko Park, we will start the nature walk into the rainforest through the hanging bridges.

Located in the northern lowlands of Costa Rica, the impressive Arenal Volcano is a National Park that attracts thousands and thousands of tourists due to its beauty and recent past volcanic activity. Back in the 80´s the volcano was very active, but now has reduced its activity a little bit. However, the beauty of the Volcano and surroundings are just spectacular. Once in La Fortuna Town, a sightseeing tour will show you the highlights of the area and its rich diversity of tourist attractions, ecosystems, the lake, culture, customs & traditions of this emblematic town of Costa Rica.

At Mistiko Park and Hanging Bridges, enjoy traveling the rainforest comfortably in our revitalizing paths full of nature and wildlife. In front of the majestic Arenal Volcano you can admire its beauty and the wonderful forest that surrounds it. Walk across 10 regular bridges and 6 Hanging Bridges and gaze at a 18 meters (60 feet) waterfall within a comfortable non-slippery trail without steps and acquire a once in a life time bracing adventure.

Later, you will relax in one of the best thermal water places in the area: Baldi Hot Springs. At Baldi Hot Springs you will find an endless dreamed stay, where the natural environment, colorful natural gardens, therapeutic waters, pure air and our care combine on a perfect state; the dream came true. The unique frame where your experience turns into the most unforgettable one. In here you will enjoy multiple thermal pools, luxury pool bars, Giant waterslides, relaxing areas and much more.

Upon arrival to Baldi Hot Springs, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before to jump into the Thermal Pools. Lockers and Towels are included in our tours. At this paradise you will stay till 4:00 PM, then, we will begin our return trip to the city of San Jose.

Enjoy a true ecological adventure in one of the most beautiful National Parks in Costa Rica. Leaving early from San Jose, enjoy the journey through the Braulio Carrillo National Park (one of the greatest rainforest in the country) in route to Guápiles and later to La Pavona, a dock located right next to the La Suerte River that connects the Tortuguero Canals.

Board our covered and comfortable boat for a 60-minute tour along the Tortuguero Canals. Your guide will explain the rainforest ecosystem. Be on the lookout for wildlife, including howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, waterfowl, bats, and crocodiles, as well as abundant vegetation.

Upon arrival in the town of Tortuguero, we will have the opportunity to explore this beautiful Caribbean region. The first activity in the place will be a hike to the Tortuguero Hill.

Tortuguero Hill has an area of approximately 25 hectares and is the highest point on the entire Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, offering spectacular panoramic views of the rainforest and the dynamics of canals. In addition, it becomes a micro habitat and refuge for a large number of flora and fauna.

After the hike on the hill, the next stop will be Tortuguero Town, with its picturesque Caribbean atmosphere and beautiful colorful houses and shops through the boulevar that invite the visitor to spend a pleasant moment in their community. After lunch we will visit the new and modern facilities of the National Park, which have a beautiful viewpoint of the lagoon and the forest.

In the middle of the afternoon, we will board our boat again that will transfer us back to La Pavona and where the bus awaits us to return to San Jose.

The day begins at your hotel where you will be greeted by a bilingual guide and seated on an air-conditioned bus. The bus ride takes you to the pacific port of Puntarenas, stopping along the way for Costa Rican typical breakfast. This is an excellent opportunity to view the coffee, sugar plantations, volcanic mountains and the unique Brahman cattle that form an ever-changing panorama.

Located 12 nautical miles from Puntarenas, Isla Tortuga (called "Tolinga" by the natives) is a sanctuary of white sand beaches and turquoise waters that houses marine birds, flora and fauna, typical of Costa Rican Central Pacific area.

With an extension of 120 hectares, it maintains a protected forest awarded with the Ecological Blue Flag; distinction that is delivered to beaches in our country that has met the environmental, safety, and accessibility standards set by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE):
