Charlie the Traveler was everything I could want in taking an arranged tour to Costa Rica. My tour was originally for 11 days, and without a problem I added 2 extra days in Manual Antonio. I requested more info on the tour and immediately received a response. I was really looking for something that would give me a little of everything that the Cou try has to offer. This trip was for active/ adventurous travelers, I'm 64, F, and was traveling solo. Charlie went over the tour and explained some of the bust / long days, he assured me that he had plenty of older singles that could keep up with this tour. I felt that this would be the best tour for my needs, and signed up. Every step of the process in getting ready for the trip was covered. Charlie handled everything in planning the trip and also sent very clear instructions o. What was needed for the trip, basic packing help and reminders, and tips on travel in Costa Rica such as tipping and timeliness issues that could arrise. He assigned me a concierge in Costa Rica that was with me by text 24 hours the entire trip. I never really felt alone. Each and every activity was well planned and professional. Same for the drivers and tour guides. The hotels Charlie booked for me met every expansion. I had, that we had discussed. This was an effortless, well planned, trip of a lifetime.
